The fold-over cover of this GP (General Purpose) pouch features a webbing pull tab, a 1.5” square section of loop material for affixing hook backed patches and the ability to adjust for items of varying height. Durable elastic is also used for the pouch body to ensure items stay retained inside, no matter how the pouch is mounted.

The patent-pending 4-Way Mounting System™ means the ITS Slimline Pouch can be mounted vertically or horizontally on a belt, vertically through MOLLE webbing and onto backpack straps or other wide items using the attached VELCRO® Brand ONE-WRAP® straps.

For use with MOLLE, an attachment system like a MALICE Clip will need to be purchased separately.

Posted by james bookout on 17th Jul 2022

It's too small to fit much of anything.you can get a swat t in it or a few things for minor first aid as one person called it a bo bo kit not really what I wanted I'll put a swat t and wear it on my every day belt.times are changing probably a good idea any way

    EDC Pouch

I use this as an IFAK pouch Molle'd into a cumberbund, less the TQ. It holds gloves, gauze, etc., in a very low profile.

Exactly What I was Looking For

Posted by Schrund on 1st Mar 2019

It’s aptly named as it is easily carried and holds just enough for a personal blow-out kit. It fits nicely under outerwear and resultantly I find myself carrying it frequently. It’s also well made and should last a long time for my civilian carry needs. Very nice product.

    great little med pouch.

Posted by Joshua B on 29th Feb 2016

I bought this pouch to replace my old belt mounted blow out kit. This is much slimmer and smaller, granted you can't fit as much in it. I have some z-pack dressing gloves duct tape and a swat-t tourniquet. It is very small and almost unnoticeable and doesn't add a ton of bulk to my belt. I would recommend this to any one who wants a more streamline belt set up, or just a good EDC med kit.

great option for essential blood stopper items.

For the LEO or Security professional, this is an outstanding piece of kit. Doesn't take up much room on my duty belt and when working a plainclothes assignment, it disappears with the rest of the tools of the trade. Well built, extremely versatile, holds the essentials to apply to yourself in a trauma bleed scenario. Good price for outstanding quality
