Aimpoint Battery 1/3N Lithium

If you don't have a backup battery for your electronic optic, on you or on the host firearm, you might as well leave it at home. Stay stocked up on Aimpoint batteries, and keep a spare handy because you never know when your battery may shit the bed. Great places to keep spares are:

1) on the Aimpoint with a double battery kit,
2) in the mount, ala LaRue Tactical Aimpoint Mount,
3) in rifle furniture with storage functions, such as TangoDown Battlegrip or Vltor Modstock, or
4) on your kit/bag- but make sure you keep them in a familiar place!

    Well, it's a battery. It is the correct size and there was no evidence of any toxic substances leaking from it, so I'd say all is well. I'll let you know if it works when I use it in a year or two. Delivery was fast and painless.

    Really should buy these in bulk. I tend to leave my aimpoints on and replace batteries with the smoke detector batteries once a year.
