If you're not satisfied for any reason, return the unused product within 60 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping costs, no questions asked.* Products must be in the condition you received them- with all tags and packaging intact. No shenanigans offered or accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (please allow 5-7 business days for your return to process), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your original method of payment. Depending on your credit card company, it may take 3-5 business days after your refund is processed for it to post to your account.

Instead, please place a separate order online for the item(s) that you want to "exchange", and simultaneously request an RMA # (as detailed above) to return the original item for a full refund. This method insures that we don't cross wires on our real-time inventory system and you receive your new order as economically and quickly as you received the original order.
