ATS Medical Pouch- Small
The ATS Medical Pouch-Small is an advanced design that exceeds the current standard for individual first aid kits. When seconds count, standard trauma equipment can be difficult to access because most pouches stays attached to the vest or pack of the casualty. The most revolutionary feature of our Medical Pouch Small is that it can be instantly removed from its MOLLE compatible backing platform and then used independently as the situation dictates. This means that you don't have to roll the casualty around in the dirt or dump the contents of the pouch out to go to work on him. The difference could be life itself!
The pouch is arranged as a "clam-shell" zippered design with elastic webbing on the interior in order to organize the trauma supplies in a consistent fashion. There's also has an interior slot pocket for smaller items. The ATS Medical Pouch Small will fit everything in the issue IFAK and more.
The pouch features a red pull/carry handle to help designate the contents within as life saving equipment. The handle can be completely stowed between the pouch and the MOLLE backing panel when its not in use.
It's features are rounded out by a cord loop for tie-downs and a drainage grommet. It can be attached to any MOLLE compatible system using our patent-pending L-Strap attachment system. The pouch measures about 7 inches tall, 4½ inches wide and expands to about 5 inches deep, depending on how much is packed in it. It uses 3 channels and 6 rows of MOLLE space. The Medical Pouch Small weighs about 9 ounces empty, due to its 500 denier Cordura construction.

Great design and size
A lot of space for a small pouch. Tear away design is great idea for moments when we need to leap over the wounded.

Great Pouch
An improvement over the issued USAF IFAK Pouch, I was pretty surprised at how much could fit inside. The ability to tear the pouch off your kit is an obvious plus, as you can then have access to your FA items without trying to reach your side or even back if the pouch isn't up front. The buckle also will cinch down and help keep the pouch as low profile as possible. The only con I can immediately find, though this is more of a personal preference, is that there is no external way to hold a tourniquet on the pouch.

Good enough for the money. Wish there was more red on the pack to identify it as medical.

Great tear away
Good design, very durable. I have been running one for a while now, I can still access it while having it mounted pretty far back on my kit. Ample room for plenty of medical supplies as well.

Great replacement for balky IFAK
Many Marines complain about our bulky IFAKs this is a detachable med kit that is highly effective on the front lines and is a compact for free movement in our already bulky combat kits. At first glance it looks small but once you remove the unneeded supplies from your IFAK the inportant stuff all fits

My newest edition to my battle belt
To me an IFAK on my battle belt is a must. This pouch by ATS fits all of my requirements. Well organized, small, and compatibale with my system. So far in my kit I have a Halo chest seal, 14 gauge needle decompression, Israeli bandage, 2emergency dressings, CAT 2, and combat gauze. All fit with no problems. Highly recommend.

Holds everything I need for moderate to major personal injury and is easily organized. Most of all securely fastens to belt.

The size, weight, and ruggedness is perfect! Plenty of space for a personal blow out kit. Being able to detach makes this pouch a complete winner.

ATC tear away medic pouch
Got this pouch as a blowout kit to mount to a battle belt for range instructor use. Keeps everything you need for immediate treatment plus some, and allows for pouch to tear away from backer. Very robust and well put together. For CLS purposesor a replacement to an IFAK, this is the heat.
