ATS Medical Pouch- Small
The ATS Medical Pouch-Small is an advanced design that exceeds the current standard for individual first aid kits. When seconds count, standard trauma equipment can be difficult to access because most pouches stays attached to the vest or pack of the casualty. The most revolutionary feature of our Medical Pouch Small is that it can be instantly removed from its MOLLE compatible backing platform and then used independently as the situation dictates. This means that you don't have to roll the casualty around in the dirt or dump the contents of the pouch out to go to work on him. The difference could be life itself!
The pouch is arranged as a "clam-shell" zippered design with elastic webbing on the interior in order to organize the trauma supplies in a consistent fashion. There's also has an interior slot pocket for smaller items. The ATS Medical Pouch Small will fit everything in the issue IFAK and more.
The pouch features a red pull/carry handle to help designate the contents within as life saving equipment. The handle can be completely stowed between the pouch and the MOLLE backing panel when its not in use.
It's features are rounded out by a cord loop for tie-downs and a drainage grommet. It can be attached to any MOLLE compatible system using our patent-pending L-Strap attachment system. The pouch measures about 7 inches tall, 4½ inches wide and expands to about 5 inches deep, depending on how much is packed in it. It uses 3 channels and 6 rows of MOLLE space. The Medical Pouch Small weighs about 9 ounces empty, due to its 500 denier Cordura construction.

Good pouch, well laid out
I really like the size and the ability to detach the pouch when needed, but the buckle will hold it very securely the rest of the time.

Quick-release a PLUS!
I'm still searching for a blowout kit that can ride comfortably and a bit more low-pro. That being said, this is the best solution that I've been able to come up with. Plus, I really like the velcro quick-release feature. It allows for more flexibility in placement on your kit, since you or a buddy can tear the kit away when needed in a hurry.

Just what I was looking for
After trying five different medical pouches, the ATS Small Medical pouch struck the balance I was looking for. I'm able to carry what I consider the essentials in a well designed tear away style pouch. Mounted this to a Mayflower Assault Armor Carrier and am very happy with the fit and function. If you're having trouble finding the right med pouch for you, give this one a shot and I think you'll be happy with what it offers.

Great pouch.
Great pouch.Works as advertised. I fit the ITS pre-packed IFAK perfectly alone with a CAT and shears inside. SKD as usual has lighting fast delivery and is so easy to deal with.

Med. pouch
Received pouch, quality seems very good. Mounted on vest at 5oclock pos. Holds and releases well. Have not put it thru the ringer yet. Holds ITS trauma kit, shears, and general 1st aid items and still has a little space left, but not enough for a SOF tourniquet too. Overall the size is great.

MED Pouch
This is a necessitiy, easlily fits on your kit with limited struglling with MOLLE straps, it does have a nice identifiable red handle but can be tucked away for concealment. I dropped everything that was in my IFAK and an extra Quick Clot and it still secured easily. Have worn in through some heavy training and run with it for three miles on the PIG Plate Carrier and it has never fallen off . Great gear, would suggest it to everyone.
