Esstac Shotgun Card
There is hook velcro sewn on the back of the shotgun cards. Made for 12gauge shotgun shells only. The "Add Sticky Back Loop Velcro for $1.50" option is a strip of industrial strength loop velcro with industrial strength adhesive. Choose this option if you would like to attach the shotgun card to your shotguns receiver. Please let the velcro adhere for 24 hours to let the adhesive take a set.

Esstac Shotgun card - Simple and fast. My jedi master showed me the true benefit of this simple shotgun reload. Slap some loop on your shotgun's left side. Load a few shotgun cards, and place one on the gun. You can fit the spares (back to back if it's a bigger pouch) in a single mag pouch. 7 rounds of 12 gauge ammunition can be carried on the Esstac Shotgun Card, which is backed with hook. Put two of these back to back, and you have a 14-round bundle that fills up a double M4 magazine pouch. Line the side of your receiver with loop, and you have an ammo "side-saddle" system that you can replace in an instant- perfect for Law Enforcement use, whether it is for breaching or less-lethal rounds. Note from Stu @ Esstac about the elastic loop longevity:
"Shotty cards, treat them like a magazine. They will wear more quickly with use rather then just sitting loaded, they will lose some tension over time but that is normal for elastic, I have a couple ammo cans full of loaded shotgun cards and they are still GTG several years later."

7 Round Shotgun Card Order
I ordered the Shotgun Cards and received them quickly. They function as expected, and firmly hold the cartridges. I'd empty a card, strip it off the gun and slap a full one on the gun. Can't get much more convenient than that! I'm going to order more.

Haven't installed the velcro on my 590 yet, but these look very good, comparable to the similar items I have on my 870. I'll update this if anything changes....

Wonderful Shell Holder!
I have a Mossberg 590A1 and it mounts perfectly to the receiver. Fired about 50 rounds with shells in the card and they barely moved. None even came close to dropping out. I really like the pull ring as well. Easy to get gloved fingers through there and have a solid pull on it. I feel very confident with these shell holders and highly recommend them.

Bought some Velcro 2" wide black industrial strips and these EssTac cards stick flawlessly to the reciever and buttstock of my mossy 590A1 !!! Now I have 14 rounds of 00 at my finger tips. Shells hold very snug and are not going anywhere. Buying a few more to keep handy! Very impressed.

Solid piece of gear
I put this on an 18.5" Mossberg 590. I like that you can just peel it off and slap a fresh card on when you run one dry. It's also nice if you ever want to leave it off for whatever reason. My only complaint is that if you leave it full and shoot 15-20 rounds the shells will start to fall out of it.
