Esstac Shotgun Card
There is hook velcro sewn on the back of the shotgun cards. Made for 12gauge shotgun shells only. The "Add Sticky Back Loop Velcro for $1.50" option is a strip of industrial strength loop velcro with industrial strength adhesive. Choose this option if you would like to attach the shotgun card to your shotguns receiver. Please let the velcro adhere for 24 hours to let the adhesive take a set.

Esstac Shotgun card - Simple and fast. My jedi master showed me the true benefit of this simple shotgun reload. Slap some loop on your shotgun's left side. Load a few shotgun cards, and place one on the gun. You can fit the spares (back to back if it's a bigger pouch) in a single mag pouch. 7 rounds of 12 gauge ammunition can be carried on the Esstac Shotgun Card, which is backed with hook. Put two of these back to back, and you have a 14-round bundle that fills up a double M4 magazine pouch. Line the side of your receiver with loop, and you have an ammo "side-saddle" system that you can replace in an instant- perfect for Law Enforcement use, whether it is for breaching or less-lethal rounds. Note from Stu @ Esstac about the elastic loop longevity:
"Shotty cards, treat them like a magazine. They will wear more quickly with use rather then just sitting loaded, they will lose some tension over time but that is normal for elastic, I have a couple ammo cans full of loaded shotgun cards and they are still GTG several years later."

esstac shotgun card 7 round
So I took some time to get back to review after my purchese. I mounted mine with 2 inch loop from a hook and loo roll from walmart. I was able to patteren it on a winchester defender 1300. With the spare in my back pocket the 2 cards were nice to speed up reloads for running through a shotgun course. The ability to take them off makes gun case storage much easyier.

I really like these for my shotgun. While they may not be for everyone, they suit my needs perfectly. I keep one if these on the side of my shotgun with another one loaded laying on my nightstand. For this purpose they are fantastic. Not sure how well they would hold onto the gun if you were using this in battle, but for a house gun it's plenty enough. Great product, and very well made!

Better than I could imagine.
I was on the lookout for a way to have reloads ready on my gun or in my m4 pouches. These are it awesome retention. Can not ask for more Very Well Made I Expect Them To Last A Long time.

Esstac 7 round shotgun card
Great shotgun card that can be used as a side saddle on multiple shotguns. The elastic has held up really good ever since I have used them about 6 months ago. Awesome product and easy to install on your shotguns a day use.

They are very well made and have features the others don't. Like the rubber under the loops. I have no doubt these cards will work well for a very long time and I will be buying more.

Cool Stuff - Quick Service
So far, so good. Initial impressions are strong. Used on a Mossberg 590A1 as a side saddle with a section of Velcro. The 7 rounders fit great into a mag carrier as substitution for AR mags and are quickly added / removed as needed.

Best thing scents sliced bread !
I have 870 Express and a Mossberg 590 and I shoot a lot but the plastic shell holders are just not cutting it. And also after you load from a plastic shell hold what do you have , a empty shell holder ! With the Esstac there is no good reason not to have your next 7 rounds ready to load ! Found them easy to load from and a great to train with , it makes your 12 gauge more resourceful ! Like I said best thing scents sliced bread

Inny humble opinion this tab holds the shells way too tight. True that I only tried to fill them once, but the 12ga shells barely fit and are crazy tight. Not what I want for a practice or home defense scenario.
