Esstac Shotgun Card

There is hook velcro sewn on the back of the shotgun cards. Made for 12gauge shotgun shells only. The "Add Sticky Back Loop Velcro for $1.50" option is a strip of industrial strength loop velcro with industrial strength adhesive. Choose this option if you would like to attach the shotgun card to your shotguns receiver. Please let the velcro adhere for 24 hours to let the adhesive take a set.

Esstac Shotgun card - Simple and fast. My jedi master showed me the true benefit of this simple shotgun reload. Slap some loop on your shotgun's left side. Load a few shotgun cards, and place one on the gun. You can fit the spares (back to back if it's a bigger pouch) in a single mag pouch. As you reload the shotgun, tear off the empty shotgun card, pull out a new one and slap it on. You're ready to slay even more zombies. Super easy, cheap when compared to other side saddles, and very, very fast. View More SKD Staff Picks

7 rounds of 12 gauge ammunition can be carried on the Esstac Shotgun Card, which is backed with hook. Put two of these back to back, and you have a 14-round bundle that fills up a double M4 magazine pouch. Line the side of your receiver with loop, and you have an ammo "side-saddle" system that you can replace in an instant- perfect for Law Enforcement use, whether it is for breaching or less-lethal rounds. The versatility of these Shotgun Cards will prove themselves many times over the more you use them!

Note from Stu @ Esstac about the elastic loop longevity:
"Shotty cards, treat them like a magazine. They will wear more quickly with use rather then just sitting loaded, they will lose some tension over time but that is normal for elastic, I have a couple ammo cans full of loaded shotgun cards and they are still GTG several years later."

Black, Coyote Brown, and RangerGreen is Mil Spec Elastic.

Muliticam color is printed Mil Spec Elastic.

    Shotgun Card 4

Posted by Reginald M on 21st Dec 2015

They appear to be well made. The stretch in is tight and uniform with no stray threads. The cards hold shotgun shells tight and firm. I'm just beginning to train with the cards but so far they are holding up well. The cards remain stiff with no loose stitching. So far it is a good piece of kit.

Shipping was timely. The product is very well made. It is, I think, the best attached ammo carrier out there. I will be ordering more.

Good alternative to typical side saddles.

Self-explainatory. When fully loaded with shells, the card does tend to flex inward but mounts well to the receiver with no issues. USE RUBBING ALCOHOL TO CLEAN YOUR RECEIVER BEFORE WHEN PURCHASING THE LOOP VELCRO PANELS!

    7 round shotgun ammo Cards

Posted by Brian O on 16th Nov 2015

The ammo famine pushed me toward getting a few shotguns. SKD ammo cards are a cost effective way to boost ammo capacity, AR mag sized & fit in AR mag pouches, removability allows more space in cases & safes, sturdy, cheaper than other options. Scratchy Velcro on back & fuzzy Velcro is cheap @ Walmart.

    Where's the loop/pile tape?

Posted by Alan O on 16th Nov 2015

Great product. What would make it better? 4.5" x 9" loop/pile self adhesive 3M heavy duty Velcro. Why not give the customer all the tools to properly install the new kit? Charge $10 more, just give the customer everything needed to install the shotgun card in one box. I love the card, innovative and well crafted. Take care. V/r Alan Alan.oram1@gmail.com
