Esstac Shotgun Card
There is hook velcro sewn on the back of the shotgun cards. Made for 12gauge shotgun shells only. The "Add Sticky Back Loop Velcro for $1.50" option is a strip of industrial strength loop velcro with industrial strength adhesive. Choose this option if you would like to attach the shotgun card to your shotguns receiver. Please let the velcro adhere for 24 hours to let the adhesive take a set.

Esstac Shotgun card - Simple and fast. My jedi master showed me the true benefit of this simple shotgun reload. Slap some loop on your shotgun's left side. Load a few shotgun cards, and place one on the gun. You can fit the spares (back to back if it's a bigger pouch) in a single mag pouch. 7 rounds of 12 gauge ammunition can be carried on the Esstac Shotgun Card, which is backed with hook. Put two of these back to back, and you have a 14-round bundle that fills up a double M4 magazine pouch. Line the side of your receiver with loop, and you have an ammo "side-saddle" system that you can replace in an instant- perfect for Law Enforcement use, whether it is for breaching or less-lethal rounds. Note from Stu @ Esstac about the elastic loop longevity:
"Shotty cards, treat them like a magazine. They will wear more quickly with use rather then just sitting loaded, they will lose some tension over time but that is normal for elastic, I have a couple ammo cans full of loaded shotgun cards and they are still GTG several years later."

Solid Piece Of Gear
Ordered one to check out the quality and how strong Velcro could hold 7 rounds on the receiver. Quality of materials and craftsmanship are both top notch. Stitching is heavy duty as is the para cord pull. I've had it filled and mounted on 3m industrial Velcro on my 870 and given it every kind of test I can imagine trying to dislodge a round or the whole card. Nothing has moved at all. Completely satisfied with it and will be ordering more to carry in some AR mag pouches. Great product!!!

Esstac shotgun cards. Very nice!
I bought two of these to try on a couple of shotguns. (M4 and 870 Police Magnum). They are well made, and in my opinion, easier and faster to use than the solid, screw on types. Neither gun could work the shell/card loose during use, even when using slugs. Zero problems with installation or use. They really work as advertised. I took the time to make templates for each gun out of thin cardboard, as well cut holes and windows into them to allow disassembly and to be able to see serial #s. It came out pretty slick, looks more "finished". Use Velcro number 90593 (8.00) at Lowes. You won't be sorry. And lastly, at the end of the ordering process it tells you to call your mom. Do it. You know its been too damn long.

Just what the Doctor ordered
Just bought a used 590a1 that the previous owner installed a side saddle...of course evertime you shot the gun extra shells fell out. Added some Velcro to the 590, slapped on the shotgun card....bam! No more dropping shells, nuff said.

These cards are a great way to incorporate a chest rig/ plate carrier into your combat shotgun loadout. I ordered seven of them, six in my M4 mag pouches, one on the shotgun. The fact that they use the simple hook and loop Velcro system to attach to the gun make installation a breeze. One downside to Velcro is that weeds, burrs, dirt, snow, can get caught in it and severely affect its holding performance. SKD shipped first class the same day I ordered! Awesome job on their part.

Great idea for velcro shell holders. I like the color choices and the bungee style pull cord is a great added touch.. 4 stars due to the elastic is of a thinner variety
