Esstac Shotgun Card
There is hook velcro sewn on the back of the shotgun cards. Made for 12gauge shotgun shells only. The "Add Sticky Back Loop Velcro for $1.50" option is a strip of industrial strength loop velcro with industrial strength adhesive. Choose this option if you would like to attach the shotgun card to your shotguns receiver. Please let the velcro adhere for 24 hours to let the adhesive take a set.

Esstac Shotgun card - Simple and fast. My jedi master showed me the true benefit of this simple shotgun reload. Slap some loop on your shotgun's left side. Load a few shotgun cards, and place one on the gun. You can fit the spares (back to back if it's a bigger pouch) in a single mag pouch. As you reload the shotgun, tear off the empty shotgun card, pull out a new one and slap it on. You're ready to slay even more zombies. 7 rounds of 12 gauge ammunition can be carried on the Esstac Shotgun Card, which is backed with hook. Put two of these back to back, and you have a 14-round bundle that fills up a double M4 magazine pouch. Line the side of your receiver with loop, and you have an ammo "side-saddle" system that you can replace in an instant- perfect for Law Enforcement use, whether it is for breaching or less-lethal rounds. Note from Stu @ Esstac about the elastic loop longevity:
"Shotty cards, treat them like a magazine. They will wear more quickly with use rather then just sitting loaded, they will lose some tension over time but that is normal for elastic, I have a couple ammo cans full of loaded shotgun cards and they are still GTG several years later."

Great experience
i discovered this product while searching aimlessly in the Internet for a shell holder for my shotgun. There aren't a lot of options if you don't have an 870 but the esstac shotgun card is perfect. It it very well made and does the job. Couldn't ask for a better product. Thanks SKD, I hope to do more business in the future.

Form, Function, Fit with Quality
Received four of the Esstac Shotgun Cards in Ranger Green to complement a new Original S.O.E 12GA micro chest rig in OD. With 4 of these cards (2 back to back) will be able to store an extra 28 rds in the utility pouch next to the 4 tethered (6rnd) cards of the chest rig. Once the 4 tethered cards are expended, will be able to attach 2 Esstac cards to the 2 velcro panels on the front of the rigs card pouches. That's a total of 52 rds on a 13x7 platform (hence the review title of - Form, Function, Fit). The Esstac Shotgun Cards was an easy choice being quality made with 7 rnd capacity over the other makes of 5 & 6 rnd versions at the same price. Make sure you find a velcro that attaches STRONG to the gun- this item has a really strong grip!

A great accesory
This is a great product, it holds shells perfectly and is easy to quick change if you have multiple instead of refilling the loops.

Good. Just shy of perfect
Elastic is strong. Very. Hard to insert/reinsert shells in the elastic if that is your intent. The paracord loop on the black model is OD green. IMHO it should be black. It surprised me that it wasn't. Minor complaint still 100% functional I just expected better from ESSTAC. For uniform duty use its awkward. ESSTAC doesn't bind tape their edges. The nylon web/elastic just terminates and is heat sealed. I'm sure ESSTAC has enough feedback that it's not a problem doing it this way or knowing ESSTAC they'd change the design. Again, It's just not what I've experienced or am used to. Would I buy these again? Absolutely. For the money and for what I need them to do they're cheap enough to buy a few load them and have thm easily accessible in various bags and pouches. If they last me a few years they did their job.
