Esstac Shotgun Card

There is hook velcro sewn on the back of the shotgun cards. Made for 12gauge shotgun shells only. The "Add Sticky Back Loop Velcro for $1.50" option is a strip of industrial strength loop velcro with industrial strength adhesive. Choose this option if you would like to attach the shotgun card to your shotguns receiver. Please let the velcro adhere for 24 hours to let the adhesive take a set.

Esstac Shotgun card - Simple and fast. My jedi master showed me the true benefit of this simple shotgun reload. Slap some loop on your shotgun's left side. Load a few shotgun cards, and place one on the gun. You can fit the spares (back to back if it's a bigger pouch) in a single mag pouch. As you reload the shotgun, tear off the empty shotgun card, pull out a new one and slap it on. You're ready to slay even more zombies. Super easy, cheap when compared to other side saddles, and very, very fast. View More SKD Staff Picks

7 rounds of 12 gauge ammunition can be carried on the Esstac Shotgun Card, which is backed with hook. Put two of these back to back, and you have a 14-round bundle that fills up a double M4 magazine pouch. Line the side of your receiver with loop, and you have an ammo "side-saddle" system that you can replace in an instant- perfect for Law Enforcement use, whether it is for breaching or less-lethal rounds. The versatility of these Shotgun Cards will prove themselves many times over the more you use them!

Note from Stu @ Esstac about the elastic loop longevity:
"Shotty cards, treat them like a magazine. They will wear more quickly with use rather then just sitting loaded, they will lose some tension over time but that is normal for elastic, I have a couple ammo cans full of loaded shotgun cards and they are still GTG several years later."

Black, Coyote Brown, and RangerGreen is Mil Spec Elastic.

Muliticam color is printed Mil Spec Elastic.

    Esstac bliss

If reliability and convenience is what you demand, these shotgun cards are for you. Absolutely NO shell slippage even when firing multiple 3"magnum loads!! Quick detach and card reload capability. TacStar and Mesa Tactical cant hold a candle to these awesome cards. Only "con" is having to put Velcro on your shotgun, but the convenience and reliability makes it all worth it. Now ALL my tactical shotguns wear the Esstac shotgun card...

Great Product - it should come with the velcro

This product was highly recommended for a tactical shotgun class. I am very pleased with SDK, their product, and the shopping/shipping experience. Only suggestion is to pair it with the Velcro needed to attach to my shotgun, so I don't have to make a trip to the hardware store. Thanks!

    Great product!

I love the shotgun card. It is cheap, durable and all around well made. My only concern is how long the elastic will last before stretching out. So far so good. I'll be buying more soon.

The shipping was stupid quick, and I like this shotgun card better than the SOE shotgun cards that I have. The elastic is wider, holder an extra round, and it has a plastic strip to hold the rounds in better.

    Needs a little modifying

Why can't the Velcro backing be included with this?? That would make things much easier. Anyhow I found some industrial strength stuff at Menard's in the picture and wall hanging area that grips well. I needed to trim one loop off the shotcard so it would clear racking the forearm on my Maverick 88. If I just moved the whole card rearward the last shell would interfere with the single-point attachment. It holds the shells tight, I had none pop out in the 25 shots I took.

    Perfect!

Saw these on YouTube and had to try them. Bought two and they are exactly what I needed! Have seven rounds on the side and can have seven more of a differnt type of round ready to change out. The hassle of unloading the side saddle and then reloading is gone. Just tear off the card and put the new one on. The cards fit perfectly inside an AR style mag pouch so you can carry as many as you have room for. Can't wait to get more.

This well-made product keeps extra shotgun shells in my Crown Victoria door pocket, at the ready. I can easily hook it to my Tac vest with the hook and loop on the back! Thanks, SKD!!! Jamie H. -Police Officer/School Resource Officer
