Esstac Shotgun Card
There is hook velcro sewn on the back of the shotgun cards. Made for 12gauge shotgun shells only. The "Add Sticky Back Loop Velcro for $1.50" option is a strip of industrial strength loop velcro with industrial strength adhesive. Choose this option if you would like to attach the shotgun card to your shotguns receiver. Please let the velcro adhere for 24 hours to let the adhesive take a set.

Esstac Shotgun card - Simple and fast. My jedi master showed me the true benefit of this simple shotgun reload. Slap some loop on your shotgun's left side. Load a few shotgun cards, and place one on the gun. You can fit the spares (back to back if it's a bigger pouch) in a single mag pouch. As you reload the shotgun, tear off the empty shotgun card, pull out a new one and slap it on. You're ready to slay even more zombies. Super easy, cheap when compared to other side saddles, and very, very fast. View More SKD Staff Picks
7 rounds of 12 gauge ammunition can be carried on the Esstac Shotgun Card, which is backed with hook. Put two of these back to back, and you have a 14-round bundle that fills up a double M4 magazine pouch. Line the side of your receiver with loop, and you have an ammo "side-saddle" system that you can replace in an instant- perfect for Law Enforcement use, whether it is for breaching or less-lethal rounds. The versatility of these Shotgun Cards will prove themselves many times over the more you use them!
Note from Stu @ Esstac about the elastic loop longevity:
"Shotty cards, treat them like a magazine. They will wear more quickly with use rather then just sitting loaded, they will lose some tension over time but that is normal for elastic, I have a couple ammo cans full of loaded shotgun cards and they are still GTG several years later."
Black, Coyote Brown, and RangerGreen is Mil Spec Elastic.
Muliticam color is printed Mil Spec Elastic.

estac shotgun card
Purchaced 2 of these. Nice way for a quick/cheap install. Works great except for the occasional shell dropping out of the card when shooting slugs with pretty stiff recoil. I'd buy again and would like to see this in 20 gauge for my son's gun

Esstac Shotgun Card
I like the versatility, efficiency and simplicity offered by this shotgun reload "system" over the other ones I've researched. How much easier can it get? Rip the emptied card off the Velco backed receiver then grab a full card from your mag pouch and slap it on - repeat until out of full cards. Other side saddle reload systems is a one time deal and you're reaching to the mag pouch or pocket to repopulate the side saddle or reload.

Best of its kind
I'm convinced that velcro shotgun side saddles are superior to the fixed kind and if you are storing them in M4 pouches, the 5-6 rounders get lost. These are a perfect fit in the M4 pouch so I run a 5-shot on the side of the gun and these 7-shots in M4 pouches on a chest rig for rip-and-stick reloads.

Great quality
Bought this for my Remington 870. Seems very good quality. Is a bit too long so I just off one of the carriers. No impact to the overall function. One this I didn't like are the ridiculous stickers in the package. My wife found them offensive. Really, in this day and age we have to put this disrespectful things in my packaging. We are trying to make sure we have people on our side and this isn't helping.

Seems ok
I ordered these to use at a match, but even though they were ordered before 1 pm, they did not ship until the second business day after the order was placed. They showed up two days after match so I have not had a chance to use them. They seem to be well made and hold the shells well. If my experience with them is anything less than good once I shoot with them I will post another review.

12 gauge cards
A little harder to load than some other cards with stiffer elastic / material, but well constructed and holds shells tight.
