Esstac Shotgun Card
There is hook velcro sewn on the back of the shotgun cards. Made for 12gauge shotgun shells only. The "Add Sticky Back Loop Velcro for $1.50" option is a strip of industrial strength loop velcro with industrial strength adhesive. Choose this option if you would like to attach the shotgun card to your shotguns receiver. Please let the velcro adhere for 24 hours to let the adhesive take a set.

Esstac Shotgun card - Simple and fast. My jedi master showed me the true benefit of this simple shotgun reload. Slap some loop on your shotgun's left side. Load a few shotgun cards, and place one on the gun. You can fit the spares (back to back if it's a bigger pouch) in a single mag pouch. As you reload the shotgun, tear off the empty shotgun card, pull out a new one and slap it on. You're ready to slay even more zombies. Super easy, cheap when compared to other side saddles, and very, very fast. View More SKD Staff Picks
7 rounds of 12 gauge ammunition can be carried on the Esstac Shotgun Card, which is backed with hook. Put two of these back to back, and you have a 14-round bundle that fills up a double M4 magazine pouch. Line the side of your receiver with loop, and you have an ammo "side-saddle" system that you can replace in an instant- perfect for Law Enforcement use, whether it is for breaching or less-lethal rounds. The versatility of these Shotgun Cards will prove themselves many times over the more you use them!
Note from Stu @ Esstac about the elastic loop longevity:
"Shotty cards, treat them like a magazine. They will wear more quickly with use rather then just sitting loaded, they will lose some tension over time but that is normal for elastic, I have a couple ammo cans full of loaded shotgun cards and they are still GTG several years later."
Black, Coyote Brown, and RangerGreen is Mil Spec Elastic.
Muliticam color is printed Mil Spec Elastic.

Shotgun card pros & cons
I recently purchased three shotgun cards. Price is perfect. Quality is excellent and the loops are very tight and secure. I like that they hold seven shells and fit in AR mag pouches. However, six rounds would fit the side of a Mossberg better. I suggest SKD offer good quality Velcro the proper size for mounting, maybe even firearm specific for 500 & 870. Overall I prefer these to a sidesaddle for versatility.

Very slick system
These are hard to load, very tight. I like that because your shells will not drop out under recoil. I keep spares loaded in some M4 mag pouches and slap them on as needed. Probably not the fastest loading method for competition, but for tactical or home defense this is great.

7 Cartridge 20 gauge velcro holder
Fits the 20 gauge shells snugly, though I think it was designed for 12 gauge. Anyway, it mounts easily on the right side of the stock of my Rem 870, and adds much firepower to the gun.

Shotgun card
Just recently got the shotgun shell card that holds 7 rounds. It fits perfect on the side of my Mossy 930. Will be getting a few more. Delivery was prompt.

Best side saddle solution
This is the best no-nonsense solution to having extra shells on hand. Superior to the plastic or metal side saddles in that you can have multiple cards on your person (and they hold seven shells!). Just slap some industrial velcro (soft side) on the receiver, slap a card on, and go. Cards appeal well made. A bit hard to load the shells in the loops, but shell retention is excellent. Still easy enough to remove the shells when loading. I can't recommend these enough.

Worth The Money
It does its job perfectly, and is super convenient. The loop is super useful for quick card reloads.
