Esstac Shotgun Card
There is hook velcro sewn on the back of the shotgun cards. Made for 12gauge shotgun shells only. The "Add Sticky Back Loop Velcro for $1.50" option is a strip of industrial strength loop velcro with industrial strength adhesive. Choose this option if you would like to attach the shotgun card to your shotguns receiver. Please let the velcro adhere for 24 hours to let the adhesive take a set.

Esstac Shotgun card - Simple and fast. My jedi master showed me the true benefit of this simple shotgun reload. Slap some loop on your shotgun's left side. Load a few shotgun cards, and place one on the gun. You can fit the spares (back to back if it's a bigger pouch) in a single mag pouch. 7 rounds of 12 gauge ammunition can be carried on the Esstac Shotgun Card, which is backed with hook. Put two of these back to back, and you have a 14-round bundle that fills up a double M4 magazine pouch. Line the side of your receiver with loop, and you have an ammo "side-saddle" system that you can replace in an instant- perfect for Law Enforcement use, whether it is for breaching or less-lethal rounds. Note from Stu @ Esstac about the elastic loop longevity:
"Shotty cards, treat them like a magazine. They will wear more quickly with use rather then just sitting loaded, they will lose some tension over time but that is normal for elastic, I have a couple ammo cans full of loaded shotgun cards and they are still GTG several years later."

Great Piece of Kit
The item is really a good idea, and unlike some other makers who stipulate 6-8 weeks before order is shipped, I got my Esstac trays in less than a week! The elastic for the shells is very tight, but I expect they'll loosen up a bit after the shells are in for a while. They are very stable, and the hook back is strong enough to adhere to a relatively small area of loop. My setup is a kangaroo pouch from Condor, and I just slap the tray on the loop patch on the front of the pistol mag pouch (I fold the flaps inside to make it open top, and retention is just fine).

Great piece of kit
These are an excellent innovation; there are other companies producing a similar item but I received a pair of these in less than a week, where other manufacturers stipulated 6-8 weeks to deliver. My tac vest has a Condor Kangaroo triple pouch and these fit right in the M4 mag holder; the pistol mag pouch front has enough loop side to provide a stable anchor point. No more does one need to change out the entire pouch based on what long gun will be carried on a particular op. Inexpensive, and quickly obtained, these are a go.

Esstac Shotgun Card
A great inexpensive way to carry more shells on board. Easily swap cards out and keep trucking. I attended a tactical shotgun class and used these with great results. Shells stayed put during drills and was easy to load from. Another shooters conventional shell carrier dropped shells from the holder after a string of rounds. I would highly recommend the Esstac Shotgun Cards. I bought a role of the sticky back 2" velcro from the hardware store and cut to fit my receiver. The card stayed put and did not lift in the corners.

Great Product
I have 8 of these 7 round shotgun cards. They make tactical reloads from the plate carrier to the side of the shotgun very fast and very secure.

Great quality, holds my 2 3/4", and 3" shells great. Each shell is an even snug fit. Got one to throw in the truck and one to hang on the cart for extra rounds while sporting clays.

excellent product
Tested these out with both my 18" 870 and 21" Benelli M2. velcroed on the left side receiver, like a rechargeable "side-saddle" I fired several boxes of Buck, slugs, and birdshot trying to shake things loose They stay secure, neither the card nor individual rounds dropped out. This is a great idea, and a well made product.
