Esstac Shotgun Card
There is hook velcro sewn on the back of the shotgun cards. Made for 12gauge shotgun shells only. The "Add Sticky Back Loop Velcro for $1.50" option is a strip of industrial strength loop velcro with industrial strength adhesive. Choose this option if you would like to attach the shotgun card to your shotguns receiver. Please let the velcro adhere for 24 hours to let the adhesive take a set.

Esstac Shotgun card - Simple and fast. My jedi master showed me the true benefit of this simple shotgun reload. Slap some loop on your shotgun's left side. Load a few shotgun cards, and place one on the gun. You can fit the spares (back to back if it's a bigger pouch) in a single mag pouch. As you reload the shotgun, tear off the empty shotgun card, pull out a new one and slap it on. You're ready to slay even more zombies. Super easy, cheap when compared to other side saddles, and very, very fast. View More SKD Staff Picks
7 rounds of 12 gauge ammunition can be carried on the Esstac Shotgun Card, which is backed with hook. Put two of these back to back, and you have a 14-round bundle that fills up a double M4 magazine pouch. Line the side of your receiver with loop, and you have an ammo "side-saddle" system that you can replace in an instant- perfect for Law Enforcement use, whether it is for breaching or less-lethal rounds. The versatility of these Shotgun Cards will prove themselves many times over the more you use them!
Note from Stu @ Esstac about the elastic loop longevity:
"Shotty cards, treat them like a magazine. They will wear more quickly with use rather then just sitting loaded, they will lose some tension over time but that is normal for elastic, I have a couple ammo cans full of loaded shotgun cards and they are still GTG several years later."
Black, Coyote Brown, and RangerGreen is Mil Spec Elastic.
Muliticam color is printed Mil Spec Elastic.

It's amazing
Quick and easy for my mossberg 500 I love it

Needs to be shorter, otherwise excellant.
These shell holders are very well made and the loops proper are quite tight on a 12 gauge shell. I'm sure they would also work well for a 20 gauge if used exclusively for that gauge. My shotgun is a Mossberg 930 with ATI heat shield and fore-end. On this gun the SKD shell holder is quite a bit too long - it interferes somewhat with my left thumb reaching for the tang safety. Not a big deal but I would gladly give up one slot in the shell holder to have a better fit when used as a sidesaddle shell carrier. Perhaps I'll grow used to it. Decided not to knock off a star for such a minor irritation.

Very practical
Works well - will likely buy more

perfect
Works perfectly, little stiff at first but couple nights holding shells it will loosen up. Velcro is super strong and is all well made. I'll be ordering more for when I get my tactical vest.

boom
So there I was... Oh wait, I'm supposed to be writing a review of the best shotgun card I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. So smooth and sexy, they drip with quality. Finally got out to shoot with them this AM, after 2 torturous weeks of dry fire and reload drills. Mounted some industrial velcrove to the receiver to use as a side saddle. Super slick. I'll definitely be recommending to the boys around the water cooler. Going to need to hook myself up with more as well. Thanks Sierra Kilo Delta for providing such a bomb product. Esstac is a real winner.

Esstac Shotgun Card
I did lots of research on what shotgun card I wanted to get for Mossberg 930 SPX. I got some 3M Velcro and cut it to size on the Mossberg and stuck the card on. It works great!

Never using another saddle again
This thing is amazing. I wish I would have gone this route with all my shotguns. The competition's $60-$80 dollar aluminum units are nice, but do not hold a candle to the versatility of the Esstac system. Not to mention the price. This thing is truly the way to go for serious shotgunning.
