Esstac Shotgun Card
There is hook velcro sewn on the back of the shotgun cards. Made for 12gauge shotgun shells only. The "Add Sticky Back Loop Velcro for $1.50" option is a strip of industrial strength loop velcro with industrial strength adhesive. Choose this option if you would like to attach the shotgun card to your shotguns receiver. Please let the velcro adhere for 24 hours to let the adhesive take a set.

Esstac Shotgun card - Simple and fast. My jedi master showed me the true benefit of this simple shotgun reload. Slap some loop on your shotgun's left side. Load a few shotgun cards, and place one on the gun. You can fit the spares (back to back if it's a bigger pouch) in a single mag pouch. As you reload the shotgun, tear off the empty shotgun card, pull out a new one and slap it on. You're ready to slay even more zombies. 7 rounds of 12 gauge ammunition can be carried on the Esstac Shotgun Card, which is backed with hook. Put two of these back to back, and you have a 14-round bundle that fills up a double M4 magazine pouch. Line the side of your receiver with loop, and you have an ammo "side-saddle" system that you can replace in an instant- perfect for Law Enforcement use, whether it is for breaching or less-lethal rounds. Note from Stu @ Esstac about the elastic loop longevity:
"Shotty cards, treat them like a magazine. They will wear more quickly with use rather then just sitting loaded, they will lose some tension over time but that is normal for elastic, I have a couple ammo cans full of loaded shotgun cards and they are still GTG several years later."

Great product!
Quite impressed with my ESSTac shotgun card. Ordered one in Coyote Brown, and it came quickly. Elastic loops are stiff and work great. Velcro backing is nice and sturdy, and the construction is great overall. I'd highly recommend it!

great piece of gear
I purchased two of the shotgun cards and placed them both on my Rem 870, one in the standard side saddle position and the other on the breach side of the buttstock. They hold tight and are a less expensive and IMO more versatile option than standard hard-style side saddles. The only thing that would make the product better is if it came with both pieces of the velcro, one to attach to the gun, and the card. However, the walmart velcro works just fine. Shipping was fast and easy, prices were great.

Great answer to ammo storage
A great replacement to having a dedicated shotgun rig, just use these cards in your M4 pouches or attach Velcro to your vest and stick them on.

Exactly what I couldn't find anywhere else
Better than those expebse yet cheap plastic shitgun saddles, holds more ammo and less expensive. what is there not to like about the esstac shotgun card.

Esstac shotgun cards are easy to install and affordable, requiring only industrial strength adhesive-backed loop material to install. Mounting solution allows usage across any number of shotguns or strategic mounting on gear to facilitate replacement of empty card on long gun. Elastic holding shotshells in place is especially strong, so strong that one haded replacement of shotshells is difficult, but this user finds it a small penalty in light of other advantages offered by system. This reviewer recommends a purchase. Buy three.

Just right
These cards fit just right in the AR magwells on my plate carrier. The horizontal loop Velcro on the chest is a perfect place to slap a fresh card right out of the magwell.
