Ferro Concepts Shoulder Pads
Ferro Concepts SHOULDER PADS offer maximum comfort and breathability. These shoulder pads give multiple options for communication and hydration routing.
Made from a laser cut laminate with 1/4" foam and 3mm spacer mesh against the user's body. Hook
fabric secures the pad to straps that have loop on the underside. Each pad is 8.25" long. Sold as a set of two.

Extra comfort
I don’t think that the Slickster is terrible without them, but they add some extra padding to the shoulders.

Yep, work perfect with Crye JPC
Bought these as an upgrade to my Crye JPC for TRT use. I left the original shoulder pads on, which amount to a bunch of nothing, except the velcro wire tabs. The tabs pull thru the holes on these which gives me options for running the numerous wires and cables I have to manage on my kit. They worked out perfect.

I bought these and use them on my First Spear STT. They are a perfect fit and look like they were made for it. The provide a new level of comfort...especially when paired with the pontoons.

Great shoulder pads
These pads are great, not much else to say. These pads also fit great, and look good, on the SKD Firstspear STT plate carrier.
