Does it's job
They are snug on the clasp and the material appears very sturdy and the clasp doesn't make any noise. Very satisfied with it and SKD!

Works as intended
I bought this to replace some torn elastic webbing I was already using for the same purpose. Ferro's fits a little better and time will tell if it holds up.
