FirstSpear Line One Belt - BioThane®
Borrowing its name from an old NSW term for first level of clothing or gear, the Line One Belt has amazing tactical performance that maintains the high level of comfort and mobility usually associated with leather. Urethane covered Nylon provides superior strength and weather-resistance - this belt won’t crack, peel, or become stiff in frigid temperatures.
Specially tempered, non-slip coating eliminates “break-in” time and allows for flex like leather, yet it is impervious to sweat and water and will not stretch or lose its original shape. An excellent platform for concealed carry or for just keeping your pants up with style!
Small: 30" - 34" (39.5" Tip to Tip)
Med: 34" - 38" (43.25" Tip to Tip)
Large: 38" - 42" (47.5" Tip to Tip)
X-Large" 42" - 46" (51.25" Tip to Tip)

It will work
As usual SKD service is awesome. This belt however falls a bit short of what I would expect from First Spear. Yes, BioThane is better than leather in every way but compared to the Liger belt, this is a bit crude. The buckle looks like it was made in someone's back yard and the belt portion, while adequate, is not as substantial as the Liger. Spend a few extra bucks for the Liger if you need a dress belt. Maybe First Spear will improve the next generation.

Good quality - BUY ONE SIZE LARGER
As the others have indicated, the sizing info graphic above is not accurate. Buy one size larger than indicated. I wear 34 or 35 waist jeans or Large/Regular BDU trouser. The advertised 34-38/Medium for the Bio-Thane belt is too small; the last hole was uncomfortably tight. OWB hardly possible, IWB out of the question. The shipped belt had no size indication on the belt itself. I then bought the 38-42/Large and the fit is great with an OWB holster. I have enough room to add layers/IWB--or cinch snug without layers or holsters. The belt that fits had an "L" sticker on it when shipped. Actual measurement from buckle hinge to middle hole (as indicated on the drawing) is 42.25". Total overall length of the belt is 46" tip to tip.

Good practical belt
I have a 30" waist so I ordered the small and wear it tightened halfway. I think this would be too small for someone with a 34" waist, so if you're at the upper range of one of the sizes, I'd suggest getting the next larger size. The texture is very "grippy" compared to any other belt I've worn. It takes a little more effort to thread it through belt loops, but it holds things in place very well. I used a Tactical Tailor Malice Clip Belt Adapter with an Esstac KYWI pistol mag pouch and it is rock solid when mounted on this belt. It feels like it's glued to the belt.

Replacement for wrong size ordered earlier
This is an excellent belt. The thing I like most about it is that it is stiff, but not cumbersome. It holds up a holster like the best gun belt. If you need something for carry or just to hold up your pants. Buy it from SKD. You won't regret it.

Excellent product, but sizing is a little off.
I have a 34" waist and ordered a medium. It was a little on the small side and would not fit at all with my IWB carry holster. The sizing said a medium was up to 38", but I think that this is a little over what it really is. I had to return it and get a large. Even without the holster, the medium would be on the hole. Size is an easy fix. Quality-wise, this is exceptional. I got the brown version to have a low-vis belt to go with plain clothes. It is very stiff and won't sag when carrying, but doesn't say "Hey Scumbag! Shoot ME!" like a rigger's belt or other gun belt. If it wasn't for the sizing issue (FirstSpear has the same guideline on their website, so it's not on SKD), I would give it 5 stars.

Solid belt
Just got it, been wearing it for a few days. Well built, sturdy, blends in very well. Important for it to not look "tactical".

Plain clothes belt
I am impressed with the FirstSpear BioTHane belt. When I am performing VIP security work I am dressed in business attire. This belt looks just like a normal suit belt but it supports the weight of my pistol, radio, baton and mags much better than a leather belt. Also a ballistic nylon belts officer looks cheap and obvious.
