HSGI Mag-Net Dump Pouch V2
The Mag-Net V2 dump pouch is constructed with laminated 1000D Cordura, a proprietary laminate and heavy duty mesh. The design allows for full visibility of the pouch contents and allows for maximum drainage of water or sand. The laminate provides support, flexibility and easy access. The Mag-Net can be used to carry other items such as shot gun shells. The mesh pouch is stowed by a layered Cordura hook and loop wrap. Pouch deploys with one pull on the tab.

High Speed Gear's® Adaptable Belt Mount (ABM) attachment format offers a sturdier alternative for mounting to belts. This attachment method uses a strip of durable, vinyl-backed, heavy-duty nylon laminate and reliable snap closure to create a belt loop. Three laser-cut slits enable the user to thread the loop smaller or larger for 1.5"-1.75", 1.75"-2" or 2"-2.25" belts, respectively. The inside of this fashioned belt loop features a patch of hook designed to match up with the interior loop of our rigger belts to lock the pouch in the desired position on your belt.

Dump Pouch
I have used several dump pouches, and this is one of the better ones, if not the best I have used. It stays folded up and out of the way until needed, and then is easily deployed. It does take up a little more room than a few that are on the market, but its ease of access and the way it maintains control of what is secured inside without having to use a flap or drawstring makes it more user friendly. It is also light weight and durable.

Retention
I bought this dump pouch because my previous one was too small and kept dropping my mags. This one is MUCH better at retaining my magazines while running, crouching, going prone, jumping, and anything else. I almost took off a star because it's more difficult to put magazines into than my previous dump pouches, but I'm sure with practice I can get past that. Excellent dump pouch.

Excellent design
I've tried out a couple of different dump pouches before discovering this one. This is an excellent design. It rolls up out of the way when not in use and when it's deployed it's not overly large and items don't fall out of it once placed inside. The mesh is a great idea as well as water and loose dirt can fall free of the bag.

Took some getting used to
It came rolled up, and so I had to break it in . I'm so used to my previous Maxpedition Roly Poly with a simple shock cord and cinch where I'd literally drop. I got this and feel more comfortable jamming my hand and mag into the Mag-Net, reminds me of a cargo pocket. Like previous on-line reviews that brought me to purchase it, it definitely reminds me of a coin-purse type retention. Pretty stable, I trust it and no longer have to worry so much about dumping mags from a dump pouch if I ever had to jump into prone with it in use or something.

Get it wet, ruffle it up and brake it in before you use it. No complaints so far but I'm a little worried about longevity of this item.
