PIG BRIG CR, All-MOLLE [SYSTEMA]

The BRIG CR (Chest Rig) was conceived with the PIG BRIG Plate Carrier as an integrated means of carrying magazines and essential kit without adding needless bulk or tangling with straps. The primary means of marriage to the BRIG is via a velcro interface that securely holds the chest rig and its contents. The G-hook interface mates with the BRIG's button hole array to serve as a redundant fail-safe but does not carry load stress during normal use.

The BRIG CR All-MOLLE Features:

  • 3 Rows and 6 Columns of MOLLE for use on different size PIG BRIGs.
  • Converts to a stand-alone Chest Rig with the PIG Brig CR Harness (compatible with PIG H-Harness Kit).
  • Flat map/utility pocket in stand-alone CR mode.

Unlike the BRIG CR 3 and 4 Mag models, the BRIG CR All-MOLLE acts as both a base for MOLLE Pouches and a Cummerbund flap, UNDER which the PIG BRIG cummerbund ends would secure. Because the BRIG CR All-MOLLE secures OVER the cummerbund, a larger All-MOLLE BRIG CR would be too big for most of the plate sizes that the BRIG comes in.

Whether mounted to the PIG BRIG Plate Carrier or used as a stand-alone Chest Rig, the BRIG CR will quickly become one of the most practical pieces of kit you use.

    Needs more hook velcro.

    I've had a little but of time to mess around with this panel and the first thing I noticed right off the bat is insufficient hook velcro. I running this with my Ferro Concepts plate carrier, so the small amount of velcro may work with the PIG carrier, but I wouldn't chance it. I would suggest getting some hook velcro and sewing it onto the back. Other than that the panel is small and functional, can't wait to get it fully set up.

    Loaded this with some HSGI tacos so I can use all different rifle mags on my Brig PC! If you need anything other than AR mags this is the perfect setup! I know it's setup to be used as a chest rig too but I'd like a little more velcro on back for the PC

    I have this product in MC and a RG. The fit and finish of the RG panel seems to be off. The far webbing is slightly narrow and very difficult to slide things through. The location of the G hooks are also slightly more narrow than the cut outs on my Brigandine and pull on the Brigandines cutouts. With that being said I think these are great panels and would have warranted 5 stars without the above issues. The loops on the sides are great for holding chemlights and the internal pouch has turned out to be a nice little admin pouch. I am happy with this product.

    PIG BRIG MOLLE Chest Rig

    I received my order on time even during the busy holiday season so props to the SKD staff. This chest rig is simply great, it's super low profile to conceal under a jacket or coat but has enough MOLLE real-estate to mount various assortments of MOLLE/PALS gear. Pair this rig with a couple of HSGI Tacos and bleeder blow-out kit and you have yourself a great high speed rig set up for a shooting competition or a day at the range. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a low pro rig without the high dollar value of other USA made gear. Cheers!

    Just enough molle to fit my HSGI Taco mags and the Ghook attachments are secure and bear the load well ... Excellent addition to SYSTEMA

    I purchased this platform, along with ITW clips, to use as a stand alone chest rig by using my D3CR straps. Works well for carbine classes. Holds the right amount of gear without adding a ton of weight. For those of you on the fence, grab one.

    I'm running one on my BRIG carrier. I wanted molle on the front of the carrier, and this does the job well. Very sturdy as well.

    Quality is good and very comfortable to wear. Positions of armor pocket cover vital body parts. Quality of sewing seams is well done. Excellent for home defense and/or quick deployment. Modular set up and capability of adding soft and hard armor without restriction to movement is impressive. PIG BRIG CR, 4 Mag feels a bit flimsy with 10 round Mag, (California compliant Mag). PIG BRIG Shoulder Pad Set makes system comfortable but not too bulky. PIG BRIG CR, All-Molle [SYSTEMA] is useful but I would have liked to see more G hooks added to give me some additional options. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase, initially I was planning on a PIG plate-carrier but you did not have it in multicam so got the PRIG and I am glad I did. However customer service is strange I have sent an email to customer service and received no response. I agree that my question cold have been strange but as a customer I would expect some sort of response. Thank you, Great product!!!
