Ready Tactical AR15 Ambi Speed Mag Pouch

If you are looking for a quick way to carry an extra mag on duty, or want a blazing fast reload for 3-Gun matches, look no further than the self-tensioning AR15 Ambi Speed Pouch from Ready Tactical! The exclusive RT belt loop system is actually a cross between a loop and a paddle, securing directly onto the belt without having to take it off.

The unique self-tensioning design provides the perfect amount of resistance to keep the mags in, yet releases them with startling speed when pulled on. These pouches are simply amazing performers- and cost effective as well!

    Nice - No Complaints

Posted by JT on 10th Jan 2013

This simple piece of gear works nicely. It's a bit difficult to get certain magazines into the pouch, but once they're seated, they're not coming out unless you want them to. BTW I didn't think the "pro"-model pouch was neccessary, and still think that; this clip-on model works just fine. Initially I was a bit worried that the smooth kydex clip would slide around on my web belt, but the belt seems to be of sufficient thickness and tension to prevent that. So then as you'd expect, this works best with a true pistol belt of the correct width. I'm ultimately satisfied with this purchase, and receiving my package from SKD was quick and painless.

    Awesome gear!!

I was first turned on to these from a friend of mine, and knew I needed a couple. I waited for them to come back into stock and ordered them. They arrived in 5 days (my fault I ordered on a holiday haha) but I received them and could not be happier with them. Excellent product, they slide right onto my tac belt with out taking the belt off, and they don't slip off. All in all a fantastic product I am very happy I have them. Thank you SKD for having such great products.

    Paddle holster for AR Mag

Posted by Ben Bradley on 30th May 2012

Fits the need perfectly! When I jump out of the car and deploy my rifle it just takes me a second to clip this holster on my duty belt and I've got another mag. It sits right next to me in my duty bag pocket. The product is well made and fits my P-mags.

Great option, especially for the money

Posted by Tyler on 11th Apr 2012

Initial impression was its build quality was questionable. It looked crooked and the folds appeared imprecise. But it's a tool, not art, and the performance speaks for itself. Tight hold on both PMAGs and aluminum mags in either direction. Good attachment to belt, definitely won't come off. Nice width, doesn't take up more belt space than necessary which is especially nice since it's really intended for CCW or competition type use as opposed to a "war belt". Re-"holstering" of a mag takes slightly more time than expected since the self-tensioning design means the mouth is slightly smaller than the mag body. Requires wedging the mag in a bit to open the mouth. Will take some practice to make this fluid in a tactical mag change kind of scenario, but I don't expect any issues over time. I'll definitely buy more.

cant beat this for the price

Posted by Falcon killer on 8th Dec 2011

if you want bulgatie speed then get a raven or get something custom molded by a kydex master if you know one. for everyone else without marsocs budget, this aint bad for the price and its overall build. holds pmags well during fireteam rushes, but i wish the tension could be tighter. other than that no droped mags....yet.... i know that murphy falcon is flying around somewhere.
