Scope Covers Like No Other

This is the product idea that got the brand started, and we are finally bringing it to market!

The Scope Bumper™ is more than just a boring, old scope cover. It is a rethinking of what scope covers should be. Sure, it covers the lens, but it also solves two other problems that most scope covers do not: protect the scope and don't get in the way.

Protection

The Scope Bumper™ is made of three pieces that work together to protect your scope from end impacts, glancing blows, and incidental contact with objects in your environment.

The protective outer cover and cap are made of an advanced carbon fiber polymer that is highly durable, shielding your scope's lens and bell housing from hard objects found in and around cover.

The inner bumper (most models) is made of a strong, pliable, and shock-absorbing material that is extremely durable against tears and impacts. This part interfaces with your scope and cushions it from end impacts and helps soften glancing blows as it extends to cover most of the scope's bell housing.

The front of the bumper is thicker and compressible to absorb any direct impacts that could harm your scope's lens or housing.

All materials used in the Scope Bumper™ are tested to extremes for durability, and UV and corrosion resistance. The retention bands are made of a durable and stretchy material sourced specifically for use with our designs.

Low Profile

We have lived with the frustrations of other scope cover designs: popping open when you don't want them to, limiting visibility from the shooter's position, or bulky multi-piece configurations that limit your options for use. Our motivation to design high functioning, low-profile products has culminated in a first for scope cover design: a folding scope cap.

Why folding? We wanted the cap on the Scope Bumper™ to almost disappear when deployed open so that it doesn't interfere with the shooter's line-of-sight around the optic. The cap snaps into place with a simple push when closed, and opens with a firm flick of the finger.

Our folding caps are extremely useful for scopes where the ocular housing rotates when you change magnification.

Our smallest Scope Bumper™ covers use a single-piece cap design because these are typically similar in size as the turrets on most small form-factor scopes, so they hide away tucked up close to the main tube.
