SKD Tactical Ball Cap, Downrange Model

This cap was designed at the request of a special military unit and is now a regular stocking item which we call our "Downrange model". Based on our popular Tactical Ball Cap, the stars and stripes replace the velcro patch on the front of the hat for instant IFF identification. To adjust cap size, access the velcro extension attached to the elastic tension band in the rear of the cap (inside the cap, beneath the sweat band). Adjust as needed.

One size fits all. Discounts available for quantities over 25.

    I would have liked to have a velcro patch for the front of the cap instead of a sown or embroidered flag. That would allow me to place a subdued flag on the front.

    Nice hat, runs small

    Well constructed hat. Stitching is great but it is not designed for large heads. My hat size is 7 3/4 and this hat is a very tight squeeze on my head - enough to give me a headache after a few minutes. It fits my kids OK, so they have a new toy to play with.

    The hat fits well and is comfortable even in the heat and wet.I like to change the patches depending on my mood. It is a good all around daily cap.

    I am very pleased with the OD cap I ordered. I have hard head to fit and this cap fits great and is well put together. I was so happy I ordered a blaze orange for hunting. I was also impressed with the lightning fast shipping. I will be shopping here again soon!

    The SKD Tactical Ball Cap, Downrange Model is an awesome product. The SKD hat is Made in the USA. Its comfortable and light enough to be used in very hot weather. The hat wicks better than others of well known brands. The design and cut of the hat does not interfere with wearing safety or sunglasses and headphones. I have used this product while shooting and working on a farm. Just plain excellent.

    Okay, so this hat is perfection, fits great and adjust well. I LOVE my flag in high vis color, but why not subdued color for multicam hat? Isn't that the whole purpose of multicam, to blend in!? Please SKD, make this hat with subdued flag!!

    Bought this hat 3 weeks ago and havent been able to take it off! Far more superior than other hats like this one. The fit is perfect and craftsmanship is great. I will be buying more.
