SKD Tactical Ball Cap, One Size Fits All

This has to be the best fitting ball style hat I have ever worn, the crown height is perfect and unlike many other adjustable back band hats this one has never shown a hot spot, or given any discomfort around the entire inner band...buy this hat in several flavors it will become your favorite as well....

I've purchased two of these caps over the last couple of years. The first was the khaki version, and most recently a smoke green version. I still have the khaki cap, it never wore out, I just decided to try one of the new colors to spice things up during the winter. The loop velcro is perfect for my NIR tabs, glow tabs and nametapes. The newest version had cross-stitching on the 3x2 inch loop panels, which was even nicer. The fact that it is made from 100% cotton means reduced electrostatic discharge issues around powder, and less chance of burn injuries around open flame. Even with two usable caps, I find myself wanting yet another one.

This was exactly what I was looking for. My only beef has nothing to do with the hat itself. I bought a velcro flag that was just a bit too big for the patch so the edges look goofy. But hey. Who gives a sh*t. It's not like I bought it to make a fashion statement.

This is an awsome cap. Very Light and it fits great. Had every member of my Team try it on and man were they amazed it was a great fit for everyone and they loved the way it felt on ther heads. When i first saw the elastic band on the back I really didnt care for it, but when I put it on it changed my opinion o the capall together. My team and I give it 4 stars...

The elastic is good and the bill is nice and big.

I and my colleagues are very tough hat critics. All of us agree that the SKD Tactical Ball Cap is one of the best over all caps in design, function, and comfort we have ever owned. However, one draw back in our particular order is that one out of the eight hats we ordered was defective in that part of the velcro adjustment piece was missing. Because this was not a flaw in the over purchase/product we still rate this cap as top notch!

I bought this hat so I could customize it with different velcro patches. The velcro and hat are good quality and to date have held up well. The only downfall is the elastic band on the back, it just seems no matter how it is adjusted, it seems tight on my head. I would have rather had a regular adjustment with and extra piece of velcro for a nametag.

I've been using a couple of these hats almost daily for a couple of years now. Quality is excellent. The elastic/velcro adjustment makes it very nice in the back. Its easy to get a very comfortable fit, with no loose/floppy adjustment tabs ends hanging out, and nothing poking in the back of your head if you lean it back on something. The new Coyote color is really nice. Would like to see an alternative material choice to the 100% cotton if/where possible, such as a NYCO or Poly/Cotton blend.

Has a hook and loop type adjusment in the band made well and looks good the fabric is thin so it would be good in the heat we'll see.
