SKD Tactical Ball Cap, One Size Fits All

This cap has the same features as the standard HSGI Tactical Ball Cap, but sterilized with no logo or flag embroidery. To adjust cap size, access the velcro extension attached to the elastic tension band in the rear of the cap (inside the cap, beneath the sweat band). Adjust as needed.

One size fits all. Discounts available for quantities over 25.

    Great fitting Cap but....

    In general this is a good hat but the stitching for the velcro sucks! I took my cap to a embroidery shop down the street and requested additional stiching around the the perimeter of the velcro area. It is made in the USA and wears well. The stiching issue for me is actually a big deal because its the whole reason I bought this cap (for velcro). The edges will curl and whatver you have attached will have raised edges which looks bad and potentially can be torn off.

    Nice lite weight hat. I'm used to rocking my cordura multicam hat all the time so this was a nice light refreshing change

    Its a great cap with a low crown that wont "swallow" your head. Gave it a wash and threw it in the dryer and it had that broken in feel. Plenty of room for patches and such.

    Better hat than a Condor model of the same type.

    The hat is made in America, and it's adjustment band is a better design than the Condor made in China version of the same hat. Also the patch areas for velcro patches are larger. So...it's a great hat and unique when you get up close.

    Velcro Size & Quick Thoughts

    The velcro sizes on the front & back are 75mm x 50mm. The velcro on top is 38mm x 38mm. Nice hat, fits my 7 3/4 size head with room to spare. Had to adjust the velrco on the elastic band though. Super soft material, and sits well on my head.

    I don't remember seeing a size listed, seem to run on the small side and the elastic is strong on your head, maybe too strong. Quality seems well made.

    Hurts temples

    I loved the elastic feature of this hat. Sadly, the bill is a bit larger than on most other hats, and has much more curve. This causes it to dig into my temples...giving me a headache. It's a good hat, just not for me. I will be passing it on to a buddy.
