Tactical Tailor Fight Light Magna Mag Double Pistol Mag Pouch

The Tactical Tailor Fight Light line of tactical gear features the same combat tested designs as the regular gear but in a 30% lighter, FR lined package! The Fight Light gear line is constructed of lighter 500 denier Cordura, compared to the 1000 denier material of the regular gear, with strategic reinforcements and flame resistant lining so that it still holds up to whatever punishment you can dish out.

Holds two pistol magazines securely with flap open or closed. Holds most single or double stack pistol magazines. Strong rare earth magnets lock metal magazines in place. Hook & loop fastener secures flaps open or closed. Available in Multicam and Coyote.

Dimensions: 5" tall x 4" wide x 1" deep

The pistaol mag holder I was looking for!

Using it mounted to a chest harness to hold my M&P 9 fullsize mags. works as intended, the fit of material and magents hold the mags in place easily without need for the hook and loop covers. Excellent quality and made in USA! Very pleased with this item. Awesome service by SKD, too!

I wanted this for my battle belt set up and it works perfectly with the theme of low weight and stream lined.

    manga mag double pistol

Same as my review on the fight light 5.56. They are hard to get mags in but, once in and if running to just "pull and go" they are good to go. Would have to find some hard cover to reload mags and replace to the pouches.

    Almost perfect

Best pistol mag pouch I've used yet. I did need to flip one of the magnets in its pocket to keep them from sticking together not that it effected its function just looked a little odd. Over all very versatile in both use and security, would love to see some larger mag pouches designed like this.

    Double Pistol Mag Pouch

Posted by TM on 24th Jul 2013

I went looking for a new pistol mag pouch like the original Magna Mag pistol mag pouch from Tactical Tailor, but in multicam. I have had many items of Tactical Tailor's for over 10 years, and all of them have been great, so I ordered the new Fight Light pouch with confidence. This pistol pouch is very similar to the original one sold here that I got a couple of years ago. I like that it is two PALS channels wide, so it doesn't rob me of space on my belt. The lighter materials are just as good as the 1000 Denier Cordura that the original is made of, and the magnets inside hold my Glock and Beretta pistol mags securely without the flap in place. Extraction of a magazine is quick and easy. This pouch is a good pouch if you need a good open-topped mag pouch that can take either fat Glock magazines or skinnier Beretta magazines. Because there is no Kydex insert, you have more flexibility with the mags you use.

    I like it!

I have yet to field test it, but I like it. The pouches don't close exactly the way I thought they did from the pictures but they seem secure. Apparently, all Tactical Tailor gear uses plastic tabs to attach to MOLLE webbing.

    Great mag pouches

These are fantastic, they work great if you need to get your mags out fast, the magnets retain the pistol mags well enough. They also have velcro straps if you want to secure your mags more. It's the first mag pouch I've used that works great for high security and fast access. It's the only pistol mag cases I'm buying from now on.
