The Boss Rugby is a lightweight, rugby influenced shirt that can be utilized as a hot weather range shirt, or a moisture managing base layer. The Boss rugby is an outstanding polo replacement for a department's relaxed uniform or training day standard. The active cut is athletic and mobile; the material is comfortable and quick to dry. The two envelope pockets on the sleeve accept hook backed patches. Material and patterning work in concert to minimize the visual printing of a CCW.

This thing is great. I bought 3 of them and have been using them for several weeks for workout shirts and range work. Extremely comfortable and well made. Very lo pro. Soldier systems has several articles on how great they are.

RAN SMALL
Rugby ran small. XXL was tight on a 73 inch, 220 pound male. Runs smaller than Arcteryx and Under Armour of same size.

Earns its name.
Just to break it in, I wore it to a WOD the night I got it. Set a PR Like a BOSS. All thanks to the shirt. It really is a fantastic shirt though. It fits slim, and is purpose built. For sizing reference, I am 6'5" 235 lbs, and a Large fits me well, though it could be a little longer in the waist.
