Velocity Systems BOSS Rugby Shirt

I love this shirt under a body armor carrier. Fit is good and the material is top shelf. I'm 6'2", 215 and the large is a snug fit that works under a carrier. It really is one of the best shirts out there for how and what I use it for.

I was told this shirt was pretty lightweight and breathes well, and that it was good for range days in the summer. These statements were all true. The shirt is comfortable and lightweight, and keeps me nice and cool especially during work.

Material Perfect for anyone who needs something between Coolmax round collared-T or a Dry-Fit Polo. Sizing The fit is generous, leans towards loose rather than fitted. Rounded bottom which is longer in the back. Styling Very cool, erm...BOSS. Unusual but nice rugby collar (this collar has a tendency to curl in slightly towards the neck with wear), as opposed to pulling apart in Polo-Ts. Makes it more form fitting. The sleeve pockets/velcro tabs are great for carrying access cards, and other light weight low bulk items; the tabs are great for individual or team-based identification or patches. Functionality Great for outdoors, and for hot and humid climes-moisture wicking works great i.e., Range Days, Hiking, Travel, just about anywhere. I ordered a 1st Rugby shirt, 2 years ago. At that time, the only colors were black and wolfgrey. I was happy to say the least: my only complain would be about the textile pilling on the long run, but that's normal anyway... and at that time, the limited color choice. On the bright side, these T-shirts are as great to wear under a plate-carrier than as sports outfit (Fabric is comfy and kinda elastic, no chafing to report when running, good temp regulation and sweat control is great) or as a casual tee... I just ordered (and recieved) 2 more T-shirts (Tan & Coyote), and the quality stays the same: excellent fabric, stitching is as good as ever. As for the colors, the tan color is pretty standard, the coyote one is a bit clearer than the usual CB, but that's not really an issue (... to me anyways...) Finally, can't praise SKD enough for the great service they provide, but if you order here, you already know it :)

Fits and feels excellent. I couldn't be more pleased with the shirt.
