Velocity Systems BOSS Rugby Shirt

I really like this shirt! Comfortable, breathable and sporty. I’m gonna buy a second one, so that’s my recommendation.

I needed a hot weather shirt during deployment in SE Asia where temps can reach 92F/35C with 70% humidity. After all the popular "moisture wicking" shirts failed to keep me cool or even dissipate sweat, I decided to purchase the BOSS Rugby Shirt after reading several reviews online. I've stopped looking; this shirt is exactly what I've wanted for years. The cut is athletic but not tight or restricting at all. I'm 5'08"/175 with a 44 inch chest and the Medium size fits like it was tailor made. It still offers plenty of freedom of movement during handgun drawing and PT. As of yet, I haven't experienced any discomfort from the seams while wearing armor. After washing, the shirt dried in approx. 1 hour on a hangar. This is now my primary range and outdoor shirt, so I guess I will buy another for hiking. The best part of the shopping experience was the shipping. Per the usual SKD promptness, the package arrived within 5 business days to my DPO address!

First SKD service is excellent. I followed the recommended Boss sizing chart and when I received the shirt it fit great and the quality is excellent. Feels a lot more comfortable compared to other sporting type t-shirts. Will be testing it out on the range this week in 95+degrees weather. Recommended.

I have 5 of these Rugby Shirts in most colors and I wear them for work under my Tac Vest, which weighs about 14 lbs. Latley it has been in the high 80's and mid 90's and I gotta tell you these shirts are rock solid when it come to fit, breatability and comfort, and they have a good amount of strech. They are also great just to wear casually.....I am 5'11 and about 187 and wear medium.

What a great shirt! Equally at ease at a church picnic or the latest high HSLD kinetic carbine class. They seemed to run true to size for me. I'm 6' 3" tall , 265 lbs. and wear a 50 long suit coat. Ordered a XXL Boss Rugby shirt. Best fitting shirt I own. I liked it so much I ordered one in black, coyote, and green. Next SKD order I'll get the other colors. For a warm weather working uniform, this could easily replace the polo. Projects a very professional appearance. If you don't need FR clothing, this shirt can do it all.

Great on the range or out on the town. I wore mine while on vacation an got several complements. My only complaint is i wish i had got the version with out the sleeve pockets but they are low profile enough that its not an issue.

I bought 2 of these shirts first in black and OD green. Then I bought the coyote. Next week I'll buy the tan and the wolf gray. I'm only sorry they don't have more colors available. These shirts wick moisture, dry in no time and the athletic cut makes you look great. The rugby collar keeps your sling off your neck and ventilates under body armor more than a crew neck. Did I mention they just plain look great? Combined with SKD's five dollar two day shipping and the deal is even sweeter. These are my new favorite shirts. Not cheap but worth every penny.
