Velocity Systems BOSS Rugby Shirt

Great functional shirt, runs a bit large.

I live in Hawaii, in which tactical gear is not readily available so I purchase frequently online. I recently purchased the BOSS Rugby shirt from SKD and I'll be the first to testify that the process from browsing to recieving my shipment was top notch! Not only do they carry quality products at a discounted price but the cost of shipping is the most reasonable out there. The BOSS shirt is aptly named, I'm 5'11" @ 221lbs, I hit the gym 3-4 times a week, so I'm neither huge or small. So this shirt fits fantastic, drapes like a tailored garment and breathes great in our humid, sub 80 degree weather. I've tried Nike, Underarmour as well as various wool made shirts and none compare. Fit is BOSS, feel is BOSS and function is most definitely BOSS!

Excellent design and quality. I've only had it a for a short period but I like the fit and minimalist design enough to probably by another. Wears well with both LWPC and the Interceptor vest, and is a comfortable work shirt for doing chores around the house. Keep a pack of smokes in one pocket and a phone in the other.

As others noted, flawless materials, design and manufacturing. Runs snug: I wear a Medium-Long in lots of stuff (and Medium BALCS panels) and sort of straddle sizes. The size Large fits me perfectly. Use the sizing chart, and go larger if in doubt.

I'm 6'1 165lb athletic build and this shirt fits perfect. Great material , lightweight and semi-form fitting. Great pockets on the sleeves as well. Will definitely be buying more in the near future.

These shirts are amazing to wear in the hot, humid environments. Works well for a day on the range as well as a duty/uniform shirt. Doesn't scream Tactical Steve!!

Wore it to a carbine class, it was 87-90 F outdoors with hazy to bright sunshine and about 50% humidity. Wore about 25 lbs. of plate carrier, plates, magazines, rifle, etc., during the class. Lightweight shirt, non-chafing, very soft feel (and no shirt tag in the back to bug the back of my neck), loop piles on sleeves hide pockets and work great for wiping perspiration off my brow or also hold velcro patches on them. The shirt definitely helped keep me cool and with the exception of contact points where the plate carrier sat against my body, the shirt stayed dry the entire time. The moment I doffed the carrier, I was dry in about 5 minutes. Best part about it? It isn't one of those shirts that scream "TACTICAL!" in big loud words so I could imagine wearing it for other physical activities and not drawing attention.

Ordering was easy, delivery was faster than expected and the quality of the shirt is awesome. The fit and construction of the shirt is perfect, the pockets are genrous and the velcro adds that much needed cool factor!
