The gold standard for two point slings
I purchased and used the VTAC padded sling for a Carbine Operator's Course that I recently attended. After the course, I came to the conclusion that it is a very well designed and quality piece of gear. The quick adjust length feature was very handy and did not slip. The extra width of the sling and the padding made the carbine comfortable to carry for the 3 day course. In comparison to other slings of comparable features, the VTAC is actually $10-15 cheaper. For these reasons, it is the tactical sling by which all others are judged.

Best sling I ever used
I love this sling, I bought one to take with me to Iraq in 2008 to 2009, and it was great. It feels great when you are carrying your rifle in the low ready. I bought another one when I got home for my personal rifle, and put my Iraq one on my wife's rifle. It is definitely the best sling I've ever used

Just plain works.
I originally bought the VCAS sling after reading a lot of positive reviews. I thought that the adjustment slider was too stiff and that I could never get the sling tight enough for sling supported use. I then picked up a Magpul MS2 sling and tried the single point/ dual point set-up. I thought the sling cut into my shoulder too much and the single point was not working for me operationally. Finally I ended up trading a coworker slings for a week since he wanted to try out my MS2 and I wanted to try the VTAC out. After a day or two he wanted his sling back back and I didn't want to give it up. It is easily adjustable and it synches down tighter than the competitors. I also find that the nylon used is slicker and doesn't get caught up in body armor as much. Kyle Lamb put out a great product and I am happy that I finally discovered it.

Viking Tactics Wide Padded Sling
I've used the Viking Tactics Wide Padded Sling for over two years now for law enforcement duty purposes. I've come to appreciate this sling most out of all I have tried. The padding comes in handy when deploying a long gun for long durations. Also, the quick adjustment system works great as I'm able to completely suck the gun up to my body when needed. I don't find that the "tail" produced by the QA system to be a problem or in the way. I do think the sling feels a little bulky, but it's a compromise for the padding. I also found that the padding should either be longer or closer to the rear mount portion of the sling as the pad only partially sits on my neck. There is a small amount of adjustment on that end but not really enough to make a difference in pad position and I'd lose much needed sling length for use with a large tactical vest.

Comfortable but Bulky
I bought this sling to use for urban operations where a single point didn't make sense and found it to be incredibly comfortable and easy to adjust. The only caveat is the bulk of the sling due to the padded portion, and an issue I had with the quick adjust slider getting snagged on things when I was trying to transition on the range. If you're looking for an upgrade in comfort, and don't plan on doing any pistol transitions this is probably the 2-point for you. If you're looking for something less bulky but just as versatile, the EMDOM MM sling is probably a better bet.

Sturdy and Comfortable
Best 2-point sling I've ever used. Had it on my 20" issue M16A4 and my personal 14.5" carbine with the Viking Tactics Low Profile Sling Mount on the left side rail near my front sight post. I mounted it numerous places on the stock (near buttplate, near receiver end plate, around and through factory M4 and A2 stocks) and have yet to find an uncomfortable place for it. Adjustments are a piece of cake and it doesn't dig into your shoulder with a heavier rifle.

Viking Tactics Sling
I used this sling on a Mk43. I'am really impressed by the build quality of this sling. Recommend for anyone who want a sling which is padded. Idealy for carring heavy weapons.

A+
One of the my favorite 2 point slings on the market, if not the best. I have gone through quite a few of 2 point slings and was never satisfied. Well the VTAC sling solved that problem. Viking Tactics makes some quality stuff and their sling design is superb.

Match made in heaven
This is a great sling for any rifle with a longer hand guard or sight radius. It functions best mounted further up the handguards than closer to the fire controls. It offers a great amount of stability and comfort, which is important if you carry a rifle for more than a few hours at a time. Currently it is sitting on my SPRifle and I am thinking about getting a second for another rifle.
