Viking Tactics Wide Padded Sling

The Viking Tactics Wide Padded Sling provides added comfort for heavier firearms. Same great features as original sling. The Viking Tactics, Inc. Wide (padded) Sling was developed after listening to feedback from our customers.

Customers with heavier firearms who wanted a wider, more comfortable sling with the same great features of the original Viking Tactics, Inc. sling. The Viking Tactics Wide Sling is made with a shoulder strap with closed cell foam for increased comfort.

The forward adjustable portion of the sling remains the same as the original sling, giving you quick, easy adjustments from any position.

    Viking Tactics has never let me down. I'm pretty sure I'm going to run this on all of my weapon systems. Right now I am running this on my Benelli SuperNova. I have a QD swivel on the front and a Viking tactics butt stock adapter on the rear. Works and functions great.

    A MUST HAVE

    First off, a 2 point sling is the standard for professionals. Yeah yeah 1 points are sexy and shit, but usually 1 points are used by amateurs or those in the military who want to look cool. 2 points offer a greater flexibility for different applications than 1 points and offer CONTROL of your weapon. This VTAC wide padded sling offers everything you need plus the adjustability which is absent on most 2 point slings. The padding is very comfortable; I carry my AK everyday while on missions in Afghanistan and the pad is so worth it after 6 hours. Very easy to assemble and adjust, and you can just run the sling itself without any kind of attachment points, or you can run a QD/swivel attachment point on the front end. This sling is an excellent piece of gear, a must have for a shooter.

    I'm a real fan of this sling. I have several. I got the opportunity to buy one in Multicam...on sale and I jumped on it.

    I have used this sling on my last 9 rifles and 2 shotguns! These are the best thing going for all tactical operations.

    Upgraded to this from the non-padded version. I am a huge fan of this sling. Love the adjust-ability. Padding makes it more comfortable for extended use.

    The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because if you're a short person you end up with these long tags that hang down off the sling. I would have added some sort of neoprene or something that could be fitted tightly over these tags to cover them up. Other than that, the sling works very well and as intended.

The Viking Tactics Wide Padded Sling for my AR15 is better than I amagined. Execellent quality, and after watching the video, simple to use and adjust.
