After a years-long stint in legal and logistical purgatory, the best-selling charging handle of the past decade has made its return. Previously licensed and distributed by BCM as the original GUNFIGHTER Charging Handle, VLTORs patented design is back on the market. Its the same exact charging handle design youve known and loved since 2009, simply re-released under strictly our own moniker.
The VLTOR Charging Handle is a patented design that redirects the force off of the latchs roll pin and into the body of the charging handle, which is especially crucial during support hand only manipulations. This design makes the charging handle stronger and less prone to roll pin or latch breakage. The VLTOR Charging Handle design has proven itself over the last decade, both domestically and abroad.
The Mod 4 (Medium Latch) charging handles are available now. Mod 3 (Large Latch) units will be available in 2-3 weeks. Mod 5 (Small Latch) and Mod 44 (Ambidextrous) variations will be available in the future.

Top notch quality and construction, but...
I give this product five stars for both quality and solid construction. However, the design is to be desired. The release latch snags on web gear. Granted, I got the large because one of my other AR-15s has the BCM Mod. 3B with large latch. The BCM works great! This, however, could use a redesign.

Excellent charging handle
Great price on a great charging handle. I used this BCM on my 300blk pistol build. I find this charging handle is absolutely perfect for loading or clearing with the support hand while staying muzzle on. Fast shipping too. Thanks a bunch SKD! I'll be buying more soon.

Love this new charging handle. Installed this new BCM mod4 and it's just as I imagined: smooth operation, perfect fit, amazingly comfortable to operate and looks nice as well. Best CH made
I have these on all of my AR's, even my duty M4. I have used all 3 sizes, and through lots of T/E would highly recommend the small size. The med/lg sizes tend to get hung up on your kit and can place the BCG into a non battery status, which = no go

BCM Charging handle
I recently switched to the BCM charging handle with the medium size extender and it is better than I thought it would be. The length of the extension is perfect for gloves or no gloves. I'm glad I didn't go any bigger because it would bet hung up on chest rigs or plate carrier if you carry rifle mags in font.

Good kit
Excellent upgrade. I like the medium length. Small is a lot lie the standard charging handle. Large sticks out a bit far. Regardless, I find this speeds reloads. A worthy upgrade.
