ATS Triple M4 Shingle

My first thoughts were that this thing grips magazines pretty tightly...maybe a bit too much so as others below said. Looked around and found that other people found that after a little bit of break in, they draw pretty nicely. I'll hafta try it out. Currently keeping mags stuffed in there to stretch em out. Hopefully they do break in. I might post a follow up.

This mag shingle has quality stitching, good snug fit and locks into PALS grids solidly. I am only giving it four stars however, while it remains to be seen, I am somewhat less than confident in the 500D's ability to withstand abrasion, especially given the single layes construction. 1000D would have been a better choice for this application.

This is one awesome magazine pouch. It is constructed of 500D Cordura, and has all of the seams taped with even MORE Cordura. So you know this thing is not going to fall apart on you! The elastic retention straps are very high grade, and give this mag pouch a unique look. Magazine extraction is very smooth, and the elastic straps are very easy to manipulate when extracting your mags. This pouch also has a very low profile, making these pouches on a chest rig or plate carrier very streamlined. The ONLY thing I would have changed on this Mag pouch is to make each mag "slot" a little looser. Because it is a little challenging to put an M4/M16 magazine in one of the slots with one hand. BUT, that's with only ONE hand. With two hands you don't have to worry about a thing when putting your mags into the slots, it is very easy. Overall this is an amazing mag pouch, and a must have in my book!

I bought my first set of these a few months back for my entry vest, and installed them with the kydex inserts instead of the elastic bands. I liked it so much that I bought this set for my Active Shooter kit in the trunk. I can't think of a single bad thing to say about the product, and as usual I had it in hand 2 days later. The ATS Triple M4 Shingle is awesome, it's backing my BFG Ten speed triple. The retention with a pmag is almost good enough to not use the bungees, if desired. Great shingles for a great price.

Quality of the product was outstanding the taped seems were a touch of good quality too.This ATS triple shingle M4 mag pouch work great for my plate carrier. Was great for speed reloads.I attached my Blue force gear ten speed shingle to the molle on the pouches and it worked really well. Pros: Fast reloading High quality Cons: None!

I bought two of these during the "SUCKIT" discount to two other brand ones that were getting worn. To my surprise the cheapo voodoo tactical one's these were replacing are much nicer pouches. These ATS ones are way too tight for Pmags and the bungees are also tight and hard to adjust. I'll be selling these and buying the Tactical Tailor's like I should have done in the first place.

ATS makes great gear at a great low price. Its even made in the USA. The pouch is built like a tank. All the seems are taped. Their MOLLE system is better than the stick and snap system seen on most pouches. They use a nylon strap with a prym snap that snaps on the strap itself and not the pouch. Its easier to weave through your platform. The elastic used to retain the mags is very strong and good quality. For the price you are paying you getting morn than your moneys worth

This is a really solid product. The bungees are adjustable and allow fast mag changes. I highly recommend it.
