I always love BFG products, this is no exception
Great size, super easy to pull The way my vest is set up it would be awesome to have a vertically mounted version, as it is there is the top half of a cumberbund going unused. Materials feel awesome and unquestionably durable just like usual BFG products.

Perfect little ifak
It's small and can be mounted out of the way but will carry everything necessary for you not to bleed to death.

micro trauma kit NOW
A very good thing to have around. I have a concealed carry permit and like the idea of this type of first aid close just in case. It is very small. I needed 14 hands and a masters degree in engineering to get all the medical components inside it but after a while was able to get it all in. Now I keep it close and hope I never need it. Thanks.

Better options available.
Ordered this to put on a belt. It was too small to fit a true stand alone med kit in, for example an NPA was slightly too long to fit without bending. I figured I'd make it work because I don't have time to return anything. So, I took it on some night time fun...and the center portion fell out from a tree or my pack or something. I would not recommend for a real world solution. Stick to zippers ya'll.

Great gear
Hands down one of the best micro IFAK's I have used. Just big enough for a 6 inch Israeli bandage, quick clot, naso airway, and a chest decompression needle. I always keep a TQ or two on my kit so this was perfect for every thing else. Super fast shipping from SKD. I buy all my "tac" shit from them.

Perfect size for carrying daily
I bought it initially to take to the range but itÕs small enough to throw in my computer bag to carry daily. One piece of advice, fwiw, I only bought the pouch and then built the advanced medkit insert myself for almost half the price (~$75), mostly from NARescue.

Incredibly light weight
Exactly what I thought it would be. Lightweight and low profile.

Excellent small med pouch
I wanted a smaller med pouch for my carrier and this was a great option. small but still has enough room for a little extra.
