Blue Force Gear Tourniquet NOW! Strap
One of the most effective and simplest life saving devices - every warrior no matter what field of operation should have at least one tourniquet readily available. The Tourniquet NOW! Strap provides a low profile, secure, and quickly accessible tourniquet holder that can be mounted on any MOLLE platform where 3 vertical MOLLE loops are available. The elastic loops can fit a variety of NATO style tourniquets such as the SOF-T, CAT, and other similar sized tourniquets.
The elastic loops of the TNS can fit smaller sized tourniquets or other items such as flex cuffs. The Tourniquet NOW! can be installed on top of the Trauma Kit NOW! or on either side of the Admin Pouch.

BFG Tourniquet Now!
Looks dope, easy to mount and works great!
-
Perfect
Great addition to kit or headrest med pouch. Pro tip: do not touch dog treats before handling if stored near pups.

Nothing fancy here; it holds tourniquets!
From a design perspective it is really damn simple: a pair of elastic loops and a plastic board. Squeeze the holder through a few MOLLE straps, then shove a CAT (or CAT-type) tourniquet through the elastic loops and your done. How it holds up to wear-and-tear, and how easily the Tq comes out when you need it to, are questions for another time.

Solid product
I was looking for something low profile to securely hold my CAT to my outer carrier moller vest. This works great, nice and snug, does stick out much and allows for quick and easy deployment of the CAT.

Fits perfectly
Fits securely in MOLLE webbing and stays put with a CAT tournequet

Practical TQ holder
Nifty addition to a PC or duty belt. Can hold items other than a tourniquet, such as cable tie restraints. It holds the TQ in place very well, maybe too well even; probably because it’s brand new, it’s really tight on the TQ, making it a slight challenge to rip that TQ out when you need it, but i’m sure over time it’ll loosen up. 100% recommend.

Stupid Simple, completely necessary
This is one of those pieces of kit that is so rediculosly simple that it’s a no brainer to get one. Have some extra molle slots? Want to carry a TQ securely? Then get 2. One for you and one for your buddy because his TQ might get used on you.

Seems durable
Seems like it could take some beating.

Quick access
I had my tourniquets inside my med kit like most people do, it made it difficult to get to in emergency situations. With these straps I have quick and easy access to them!
