Blue Force Gear Tourniquet NOW! Strap
One of the most effective and simplest life saving devices - every warrior no matter what field of operation should have at least one tourniquet readily available. The Tourniquet NOW! Strap provides a low profile, secure, and quickly accessible tourniquet holder that can be mounted on any MOLLE platform where 3 vertical MOLLE loops are available. The elastic loops can fit a variety of NATO style tourniquets such as the SOF-T, CAT, and other similar sized tourniquets.
The elastic loops of the TNS can fit smaller sized tourniquets or other items such as flex cuffs. The Tourniquet NOW! can be installed on top of the Trauma Kit NOW! or on either side of the Admin Pouch.

Great Gear
A must have for your kit. Simply thread it into the molle system and you're good to go. Elastic seems to be well made and fits both my CAT systems well. Have one on my plate carrier and one on my heavy vest. Keeps team members from having to search pockets when you're in trouble!

Great piece of gear, allows you to secure the tourniquet and remove it quickly much better than velcro or rubberbands.

Simple and Effective.
Simple and to the point. Securely holds any of my TQ's while allowing them to easily be removed when needed. It feels more secure and solid than the standard dummy cord or rubber band.

Multi-purpose Retention
I use this retention system to retain 4 chem-lights on my day pack. The elastic holding up after a month of testing so far. This is the first Blue Force Gear product I have tested and I can say my example of one is of great quality and can be used to retain different items. simple and effective. much better piece of mind than using rubber bands for my TQ.

good concept
I purchased this strap because the concept looked solid. While I like the product, and the construction is adequate, a piece of shock cord will do the same thing for just a few pennies. Though, if you're inclined, I wouldn't discourage you from buying these straps for your BOK.

Great gear
Great piece for your kit. The only two things I'm a little picky about is 1. when you pull the Tourn off, the whole thing comes off, but it isnt that bad to rip out of the elastic. 2. isn't this procucts issue, but the one I attach it to. the HSGI blow out pouch only has 3 molle portions and the NOW setup needs 4 to fit right, so i cant put in on the side of this pouch, but again, not the NOW products issue. I have 3 of these on different kit. It's a great little setup and saves some room on your gear.
