One of the most effective and simplest life saving devices - every warrior no matter what field of operation should have at least one tourniquet readily available. The Tourniquet NOW! Strap provides a low profile, secure, and quickly accessible tourniquet holder that can be mounted on any MOLLE platform where 3 vertical MOLLE loops are available. The elastic loops can fit a variety of NATO style tourniquets such as the SOF-T, CAT, and other similar sized tourniquets.
The elastic loops of the TNS can fit smaller sized tourniquets or other items such as flex cuffs. The Tourniquet NOW! can be installed on top of the Trauma Kit NOW! or on either side of the Admin Pouch.

Simple But Works
Can be a bit tough fitting something like a SOF T wide, but once in it's very secure even when running around.

Another good product from BFG. It won't make you coffee, but it will hold the crap out of your tourniquet until you (hopefully never) need it.

Light, simple and easy to withdrawal my RAT. Haven't tried it with a CAT yet though. This is an amazing tq holder, simple brilliance.

THE best way to attach a CAT to an HSGI Bleeder Pouch or BFG Trauma Kit Now, or any PALS webbing. So happy to ditch the velcro straps and rubber bands... This is the fourth one I've purchased, have yet to have any issues. I've found the tourniquet is easier to extract when rotated so the flat back is away from the MOLLE side (the windlass is closest to the MOLLE).
