Blue Force Gear Tourniquet NOW! Strap
One of the most effective and simplest life saving devices - every warrior no matter what field of operation should have at least one tourniquet readily available. The Tourniquet NOW! Strap provides a low profile, secure, and quickly accessible tourniquet holder that can be mounted on any MOLLE platform where 3 vertical MOLLE loops are available. The elastic loops can fit a variety of NATO style tourniquets such as the SOF-T, CAT, and other similar sized tourniquets.
The elastic loops of the TNS can fit smaller sized tourniquets or other items such as flex cuffs. The Tourniquet NOW! can be installed on top of the Trauma Kit NOW! or on either side of the Admin Pouch.

Who doesn't like it tight but easily accessed?
It does its job & holds the TQ or other sh*t if you feel so inclined. Kinda snug on the TQ but I like it tight

Great Organizer
the item is designed to hold the tourniquet in place with two elastic straps. It does a great job keeping the tourniquet readily available when needed. I'm glad to have this item to assist in organizing my go-bag. the only drawback is the price...it's to expensive

Just right, nothing more, nothing less.
Fits perfectly in molle/pals webbing. Less bulky than a separate tourniquet pouch and better retention than rubber bands. I am currently using it with the HSGI ifak pouch. Couldn't ask for a better fit.

Great solution for tourniquet carry!
Great, simple solution to carrying one (or more) tourniquets on any Molle panel. It holds the tourniquets very securely, but allows them to be removed quickly, even with only one hand. Hope I never have to use it, but this is the best way I've found to carry a much needed item!
