Blue Force Gear Tourniquet NOW! Strap
One of the most effective and simplest life saving devices - every warrior no matter what field of operation should have at least one tourniquet readily available. The Tourniquet NOW! Strap provides a low profile, secure, and quickly accessible tourniquet holder that can be mounted on any MOLLE platform where 3 vertical MOLLE loops are available. The elastic loops can fit a variety of NATO style tourniquets such as the SOF-T, CAT, and other similar sized tourniquets.
The elastic loops of the TNS can fit smaller sized tourniquets or other items such as flex cuffs. The Tourniquet NOW! can be installed on top of the Trauma Kit NOW! or on either side of the Admin Pouch.

Works perfectly. A good product for me to have since I like my TQ on my chest yet secure enough that it doesnt get pulled off when crawling around, hopping fences, etc. Holds the TQ very secure yet I can still pull it off quickly with just the right amount of force.

I have this on my Trauma Kit Now, but it works just as well fixed to the molle on my vest, its easier than a malice clip to thread and stays in place.

Does What It Needs To...
This strap does exactly what you need it to-hold the tourniquet in place on your LBV; the only reason I did not give it 5-stars is that it holds the tourniquet so tightly that it could be difficult to remove under "stressful" situations. This certainly looks better than a bunch of wide rubber bands on your vest.

Love this simple little thing
Fits on the side of my rig perfectly. Fits on the side of my med pouch too. I have one to hold my tourniquet and one to holdmy Sport Smoke. Works like a champ and it's simple!

Great designed piece!
The plastic piece that inserts through the molle webbing is sturdy but flexible and the elastic loops are soft not that hard rigid kind. Tourniquet is secure but pulls pulls out with just the right amount of effort, and made in USA.
