One of the most effective and simplest life saving devices - every warrior no matter what field of operation should have at least one tourniquet readily available. The Tourniquet NOW! Strap provides a low profile, secure, and quickly accessible tourniquet holder that can be mounted on any MOLLE platform where 3 vertical MOLLE loops are available. The elastic loops can fit a variety of NATO style tourniquets such as the SOF-T, CAT, and other similar sized tourniquets.
The elastic loops of the TNS can fit smaller sized tourniquets or other items such as flex cuffs. The Tourniquet NOW! can be installed on top of the Trauma Kit NOW! or on either side of the Admin Pouch.

Different from Picture
Not sure if i have an older model or a newer one, but the two i ordered did not have the slots to remove the elastic loops from the plastic. Making it slightly more difficult to mount and unmount. Still worth the buy.

It holds a tourniquet, to your rig, even if you run, and get shot, and fall down, and get dragged by your buddy, who can then can put your CAT on you, cause this thing totally holds a tourniquet

Puts it where you need it!
This thing is awesome! Lets you put your tq in the handiest place possible for quick retrieval. Holds up better than rubber bands.

Works well
Great product. Holds a CAT Tourniquet tightly but can still be removed one handed with little trouble. It will also hold a SOF T Tourniquet but is much tighter and may be problematic removing it under pressure. I think it would be great if they could come up with a way to adjust the elastic, but as it is it is still a great buy.
