One of the most effective and simplest life saving devices - every warrior no matter what field of operation should have at least one tourniquet readily available. The Tourniquet NOW! Strap provides a low profile, secure, and quickly accessible tourniquet holder that can be mounted on any MOLLE platform where 3 vertical MOLLE loops are available. The elastic loops can fit a variety of NATO style tourniquets such as the SOF-T, CAT, and other similar sized tourniquets.
The elastic loops of the TNS can fit smaller sized tourniquets or other items such as flex cuffs. The Tourniquet NOW! can be installed on top of the Trauma Kit NOW! or on either side of the Admin Pouch.

Fits perfect on my Plate Carrier.... Easy to add, easy to adjust, and easy to draw the tourniquet from.

Does the job
Worked out perfectly to hold my Tk near my centerline. Since I'm not rolling around the muck as much as some on the mil side, I think I'll be ok with the exposed parts of the Tk on this setup.

great kit
holds tourniquet secure, yet removes easily. Beats the pants off rubber bands. Only concern is the new design, not sure if the polymer backer is going to be more secure than the older style, but its much easier to insert into MOLLE webbing

Buy several
Excellent piece of kit. Mounted horizontally across the top of my chest for easy access. Buy two. And two more for your buddy.

Solid product/ serves its purpose
Keeps from being forced to store your tourniquet in a pouch but is exponentially more reliable than a rubber band lol. Good quality for the money and a neat tool.

Convenient
I much prefer to use these over rubber-bands, they hold my Tourniquets nicely. Not the fastest to deploy, but not difficult. Very easy to install.

Works as advertised
Ive used rubber bands in the past but its nice to have a dedicated holder that wont dry up in the sun. If you have some extra cash its great. Otherwise keep an eye on those rubber bands!
