The BURRITO was designed to be the most ergonomic, ultralight, and versatile mini medical pouch on the market. The BURRITO features laser cut slots on the rear which allow the end user to mount their pouch either vertically or horizontally to your EDC, Duty, Riggers belt; or directly to MOLLE compatible systems. Unlike other mini medical kits on the market, no elastic is used to retain your contents. Feedback from MIL and LE members who have had their contents fall out on duty aided in our full velcro flap design for maximum security while maintaining ease of access in any position.
The BURRITO also features a laser cut medical cross on the front face with an included IR / reflective laminate card. You can use the reflective side for overt activities, or flip to the IR side for a subdued look only visible under IR light.

Perfect for gun belt
Holds the essential TCCC components plus has waterproof bag so you can shoot through the rain storm. Would recommend Soft-T wide to avoid Velcro rash.

Awesome trauma pouch!
The CTS Burrito is awesome! By far the best belt mounted trauma pouch I’ve found. It can be mounted about anywhere else imaginable too. Includes an Aloksak bag to keep your trauma gear compact and easily accessible by pulling your whole kit out of the Burrito. I wear it on my belt near the small of my back. It just disappears! Comfortable with training or sitting. I CAN NOT RECOMMEND the CTS Burrito enough. This held everything I needed, I could even stuff some more stuff into it if needed. In my Aloksak bag and in the Burrito I was able to fit the following, just fine. 1) Hyfin Vent Compact(2 pack) 1) ZFold QuikClot Combat Gauze 1) H&H Flat Pack Compression Bandage 1) NAR Wound Packing Gauze 1) Frog Tape Medical Tape 1) Frog Tape Duct Tape 1) TPak Chest Decompression Needle 1) Prelubed NPA 1) Mini Sharpie And the external TQ holder allowed me to mount a CAT TQ in it just fine.

Product Review
The Burrito is my go to belt mounted IFAK. The material used is superb where the material will last with use such as shooting in the supine position or getting in and out of vehicles. The Burrito is large enough to fit two Hyfin chest seals, and multiple combat gauze or quick clot. Coyote Tactical Solutions includes two Malice clips with the Burrito which is awesome because you don’t have to purchase them. I have three of these and love em. They are the IFAK I recommend.

Small but quality
It’s a good size, not too large for what it does and sits fairly flat. The Velcro flap is pretty secure as long as you can get enough contact on it. Hard to pack if you use your own supplies, but I was able to get everything I needed in. Would recommend buying their premade kit along with it, as I’m sure it would fit better than stuffing your own supplies in, as well as the one advertised on their site includes more than what I was able to fit. Overall good, better than others I’ve used
