Pouch holds a cat t, chest seals, combat gauze, naso trump, etc. Seems like a good little pouch so far.

    Nice little storage solution

I bought this pouch to be used as an emergency trauma kit. Initial reaction is positive: seems to be well made, and the internal dividers/elastic bands are well designed to accommodate a variety of gear/supplies.

    Coyote Tactical Solutions IFAK

Posted by Joe Gonzales on 20th Apr 2019

Great, small pouch that fits everything a professional needs in an IFAK. I have 2 chest seals, tourniquet, shears, NPA with lube, H fold gauze, ace wrap, tape, chest decompression needle. It’s as compact as it can be with all my stuff in it. It is in my patrol pack, used as an extra IFAK or for secondary injuries to myself. It can also be mounted on a molle field of using as a primary IFAK. As a professional soldier with 16 years in the military so far, I can highly recommend this with good conscious.

    Rapid Action Kit

Ordered this so that I could put together an IFAK for my Bro-in-Law. Didn't want to spend too much jack. It serves its purpose quite well, had the appropriate elastic straps and pockets to hold everything in place. SKD service and shipping was excellent!

    Nice and compact

I'll begin with saying that this is a smaller sized medical pouch. But that doesn't mean it's bad. I fit everything I need in it. A set of sheers, a pressure bandage, h-bandage and a few others. Goes perfectly on my pistol belt.

This is an extremely well made and well thought out small kit that goes handily pretty much everywhere i go. I highly recommend it, and the photos showing how to load the little bugger. Several of my buddies like it enough they keep trying to snag it!

    Small Package that delivers big

Posted by Grant Bacon on 21st Dec 2015

Great, well-built, lightweight, American-made med kit. I can't believe how much, in terms of med supplies, I was able to fit into this pouch, and the small footprint, in terms of molle space it takes up. Great fit on a plate carrier or battle belt. Highly recommended

    Very well made

Very well made and thought-out piece of kit. If you want a med kit permanently attached to a PC/vest/chest rig, battle belt, regular belt, of stuffed in a pack, this thing will work spectacularly.

    Very nice little med pouch!

This is the perfect size for a small individual trauma pouch. Very well made. Heavy duty. Pictures/instructions were also very helpful. I like the options for mounting molle style or via a normal belt also.
