FirstSpear STT Plate Carrier Cummerbund
How to measure for your Cummerbund
*Measure your chest around the widest part (usually at nipple height) and it should correspond with your jacket size if you know it. Compare that measurement with the sizes below to select your cummerbund.
S/M: 38"-44" (can hold 6" x 9" soft armor )
M/L: 42"-48" (can hold 6" x 9" soft armor)
L/XL: 48"-52" (can hold soft armor up to 6" x 12" wide)
If you are in between 2 sizes we recommend trying the smaller of the two sizes first. These sizing suggestions are general guidelines. There are multiple variables in play that make fitting armor an imperfect process at best but this will put most people into the size they need to be. The M/L and L/XL cummerbunds have elastic for up to 2" of additional stretch.

Perfect
I'm 5'11" and about 217lbs, have a bit of a gut. Got the S/M size. They work great, have the velcro just on the edge of the carrier. I am losing weight so this will allow me change the size as I do. The fit is amazing. Very solid feel. Never going back to velcro closure. Tubes for life! As long as they don't break on me suddenly down the road.

Quality addition, lightweight.
Quality piece of kit - bought, along with the AXL tubes conversion kits, to convert my Mayflower APC to tubes. Works great. One hiccup - the velcro fields on the cummerbund are... inverted? Means I have to take it to a seamstress to flip the velcro, a little odd. I have never seen a carrier with hooks on the body, and loop on the flap... but that's what its set up for. Knowledge for the next guy!

Didn’t work for me. Still a great product
Unfortunately this cummerbund didn’t workout for my needs. However ordering from SKD was as great as always with fast shipping! The product itself was extremely well made. Wish I could make it work but need to go a different route!

Good product
Velcros in the back to adjust size. I didn't understand this to begin with and couldn't understand why I couldn't get the rig to fit properly. But now I know. And knowing is eight elevenths of the battle.

Had to return
Good cummerbund. Wish it had the interior mag velcro like the first spear one, but the molle and elastic straps are good if you occasionally wear cold weather gear under your carrier.

STT Cumberbund
As long as you get the right size, this works perfectly. I got a small because I am not running side armor and wanted a low-pro fit. The First Spear Tues system is awesome and really quick (and quiet) for don and doff.
