Must have for Comfort!
I read others reviews to buy these should pads for their webbing setup and they were right on! The pads are non-slip, tacky and feel kind of like those gel foot inserts. Very comfortable. You need this if any strap is digging into your neck/shoulder. $18 is worth all-day comfort.

Shoulder-savers.
I use these on all my Eagle chestrigs; the non-slip backing helps to keep the rig in place, the padding and size helps distributing the weight of the rig, and the rounded edges removes neck-chafing. Despite intensive wear, and modification on a few of them, I haven't managed to wear out any of the 4 pairs I have in use. Makes great rigs even better.

HSGI shoulder Pads
I bought these to use with the Eagle/SKD chest rig. I was having an issue with the rig, whenever i shoulder a weapon and put the weapon down and shouldered it again, the shoulder strap on the rig would move slightly, then creating a slightly different stock to shoulder position. Which is no big deal, but it bothered me enough. These shoulder pads helped in three categories. First they have a rubber bottom surface which prevents movement and allows you to adjust whatever piece of gear your using comfortably, by taking a little of the strain off your shoulders. Secondly, if your gear has a small shoulder strap footprint, these will give you a larger area for your weapon stock. and last it's under $20 bucks. The reason why I'm giving it only 4stars, is i wish they would have given it a big rubbery surface on top as well so a weapon has something really sticky to connect with. Which would really help in odd shooting positions. Of course HSGI quality.

Great replacement pads!
I got these to replace some stiff pads that came with a Wasatch. These are clearly more rugged and durable than the former, and the neoprene is very comfortable and grips to my shoulders, rather than slide all over the place. Best of all they match the rest of my Multicam. Don't be daft and buy these, they are very much worth the $18.
