exactly what you want
If your sholders hurt after a long opp like mine use to then these are the pads that you need. They help distribute weight and made my rig comfortable to wear for 8 hours in the rain.

HSGI Shoulder Pads
Work well with the banshee plate carrier. Comfy and non sweaty. My favorite aspect is that they are not bulky and do not interfere with shoulder sling gear.

Shoulders are happy
These fit perfectly for my Eagle armor plate carrier and are better than the MOE shoulder pads that came with the vest. Very comfortable. The length is short so I would not consider these for bags or slings that need longer padding.

I run them on my Banshee the neoprene is perfect. Not bulky and lighten the load. You can wear these all day!!!

Comfy
Very thin which prevents them from adding much height to the plate carrier they are mounted on. The padding is still very effective at reducing fatigue.
