HSGI Improved Bleeder/Blowout Pouch Modular
The HSGI Improved Bleeder/Blowout Pouch is designed to hold medical gear along with immediate access to medical shears. Medical shears are held securely by strap and snap. There is also a 2" wide QUICK-PULL strap along the inside of the pocket to aid in one handed removal of contents of the pouch.

HSGI Bleeder pouch
This is a very well made pouch, HSGI pretty much delivers exactly what they promise. I put an Israeli bandage, NPA and compressed gauze inside, a CAT tourniquette outside, and shears in the back. Even if you have the inside packed pretty tight, as long as your stuff is in a ziplock it is easily removed with the pull tab. Works great.

Great product and service
I ordered this with the Tourniquet Now and was disappointed to discover it doesn't fit as great as i intended it to. Other than that, the pouch does fit a limited amount of items. It was designed small for a purpose, and i believe most people forget that its not intended to be a full medic kit. Its used during an immediate response to a serious situation with the most serious supplies.

Good for its purpose.
Good product, great & attentive service, and all for a fair price. The only thing I would want for an improved product would be a (red) cross on the pouch to clearly indicate to fellow operators without any doubt the contents. Overall, great experience, will consider buying from skdtac again.

Small, Lightweight Blowout Pouch
Just received my HSGI Bleeder/Blowout pouch from SKD. Seems well made and compact design for a dedicated blowout kit. I hope to pack it today but it seems just large enough to pack a 4" IZZY, QuickClot Combat gauze, Z-fold bandage, 28F nasopharyngial tube + lube, decompression needle, pair of gloves and hopefully a mini roll of duct tape. This is my second order from SKD. I am extremely pleased with their customer service and super fast shipping.

I love this little set up. with some patients I got an OLEAS 4'' bandage (got a 6'' in too, but limits the space obviously) , petroleum gause,NPA tube, decompression needle, cellox plunger, and two pairs of gloves in it. It takes some work getting all that in there, but it's worth the saved space on my kit. And with the pull setup in it, everything is there fast. I'm currently running this on my SWAT kit and one on my go-bag for work. Only thing I dont like is the side of the pouch only has 3 consecutive molle loops, if they put one more on there, the Tourn NOW would fit on there perfectly. Oh yea, I also parachorded a roll of med tape to one of the molle portions.
