HSGI Improved Bleeder/Blowout Pouch Modular
The HSGI Improved Bleeder/Blowout Pouch is designed to hold medical gear along with immediate access to medical shears. Medical shears are held securely by strap and snap. There is also a 2" wide QUICK-PULL strap along the inside of the pocket to aid in one handed removal of contents of the pouch.

Fantastic IFAK Pouch
This is a nice well made pouch. It holds IFAK essentials inside plus sissors. Additional items can be added to the outside rigging. There is a very nifty strap that fits inside the pouch that allows you to pull it and bring out the items stashed in the pouch. I recommend this pouch.

Outstanding Med Pouch!
Great pouch that hold the basics of what I need to patch myself up and keep me in the fight, without taking up a ton of MOLLE space. Was able to cram a: Quick Clot Combat Gauze Israeli Bandage Nasopharyngeal Airway 2x tourniquets Large Shears With all that crammed in the main pouch it be impossible to retrieve the contents but the pull tab makes it easy to extrat the contents in seconds when the seconds count. A must have for your kit.

Great IFAK replacement
I was in search of a pouch that could hold: Quick Clot Combat Gauze NPA + Lube Chest Decompression Needle Gloves Israeli Bandage HALO Chest Seal I was initially apprehensive if this BOK pouch could fit all that stuff in it, but after several minutes of practicing tetras I managed to stuff it all in. Takes up minimal real estate, and in combination with a BFG Tourniquet NOW! is one of the best investments I've made.

amazing med pouch
i ordered this pouch to put on my chest rig. this is the best low profile medical pouch iv ever used. i have used a eagle utility pouch and it was just too big. in this pouch i can hold rubber gloves,bandaids,2 surgical gauze rolls,medical tap,gauze pads,surgical wrap, and shears. i recommend this pouch to any one who is limited on space. also shipping speed was amazingly fast.

MUST HAVE for quick blowout access!
This is an essential piece of kit to have within arms reach. Shears sit tucked away between pouch and vest. Enough room for an Israeli, Combat gauze, a Z-Pack and a few sets of gloves fit right ontop of it all inside the pouch. There is a quick-pull D-Ring and with 1 easy tug everything just pops right out!

Perfect fit
This pouch is a perfect fit for a blow out kit. I was able to fit a 6" Tacmedsolutions OALES bandage inside with shears on the back and a Tacmed tourney on the side. I keept quick clot elsewhere so this was perfect for me, and I bought several for all my kits.

Excellent pouch
I purchased the HSGI Blowout pouch for my chest rig that only had 2 channels of PALS webbing available. It fits perfect and isn't too bulky, even though it rides right under my strong arm. I was able to fit a Thin-Cinch bandage, Primed gauze, TK-4 tourniquet, and shears.
